Below, you will see a list of some novelty props and game props for Super Bowl 59 between the Chiefs and Eagles. The top propositions involve the pregame ceremonies of the opening coin toss and the length of the national anthem. Then we get into your basic propositions, who will win the game, and how many total points will be scored, leading all the way down to the position of the Super Bowl MVP.
There are a couple of novelty props sprinkled in there, including how many times the broadcast will cut to Taylor Swift, who will likely be cheering for the Chiefs from a luxury suite.
Knowledge of the NFL could help when making some of these picks, but most questions are 50-50 propositions where either outcome is just as likely. The exception would be whether a safety occurs in the game, or whether a non-quarterback throws a touchdown, both of which are unlikely to happen.

Is there a strategy for Super Bowl props?
Beating your friends in a props pool could require some strategy in terms of picking against public perception. If everyone goes with the most likely potential outcome, there will be less variance in terms of picks, and the winner may come down to one or two answers.
The only other strategy to consider with a prop sheet is the correlation between picks. If you take under on the Chiefs or Eagles team total, or the game total, you’re likely to take under 6.5 touchdowns for the game, because the correlation is a lower-scoring outcome.
There is no overarching strategy for the novelty props, although looking up the average length of the Super Bowl national anthem and analyzing the singing style of this year’s performer, Jon Batiste, could help. For what it’s worth, Taylor Swift appeared 12 times during the in-game broadcast last Super Bowl.
