Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers Player Prop Picks
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers visit the Carolina Panthers in Week 7 of the 2022-23 NFL Season. The Buccaneers had a lackluster performance last week in a surprising loss, while the Panthers lost again in the aftermath of Matt Rhule’s firing. This should be an interesting matchup for the NFC South. Let’s take a look at some player prop bets that make the most sense for this game on Sunday.
Tom Brady Over 274.5 Passing Yards
Tom Brady has been inconsistent to start the year so far. He has 1,652 passing yards, eight passing touchdowns, one interception, and he has a 67% completion percentage on the year too. He’s actually only gone over this number in two of the six games the Buccaneers have played in, which is very surprising for Brady. The biggest reason to love this bet, however, is because it’s a bounce back game for Brady and the Buccaneers against, arguably, the worst team in the NFL. The Panthers are giving up 232 passing yards a game, and the most they’ve given up was 353 passing yards to the Saints. It just feels like you can’t bet against Tom Brady in this spot. Take Brady and the over with a big rebound for the Buccaneers.
Leonard Fournette Over 25.5 Receiving Yards
Leonard Fournette has been very good for the Buccaneers this year. He has 95 carries, 343 rushing yards, and one rushing touchdown on the year. He also has 32 receptions, 232 passing yards, and three receiving touchdowns on the year. He’s been a great receiving option for Tom Brady out of the backfield. He’s gone over this number in receiving yards in four of the six games that the Buccaneers have played. Fournette has bailed out Tom Brady in the passing game when needed and he’s done it very well. His best game receiving was against the Falcons two weeks ago when he had 10 receptions, 83 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown. It also helps that the Panthers are allowing 232 passing yards a game, so Fournette could hit the over based on that too. Take this bet because Fournette is one of the more reliable Buccaneer playmakers and he can do it against one of the worst teams in the NFL.
