The Philadelphia Eagles Partner with DraftKings

The Philadelphia Eagles announced an official partnership with DraftKings. The partnership is huge for the Eagles as DraftKings is one of the most recognized sports betting brands in the U.S. Although winning hasn’t happened in Philadelphia yet, they have now created two partnerships with sports betting companies over the last two weeks.

“Philadelphia is home to some of the most passionate football fans, and we could not be more excited to join forces with the Eagles. Be it fans at home, on the DraftKings mobile app, or inside Lincoln Financial Field, we look forward to introducing Eagles fans and DraftKings customers alike to an all-encompassing DraftKings experience,” said Ezra Kucharz, chief business officer, DraftKings.

This is a multi-year partnership that DraftKings will become an official sports betting partner and daily fantasy sports partner of the Eagles.

Partnership Details

The partnership agreement includes naming rights around Lincoln Financial Field. Although fans are not allowed to attend home games just yet, the Eagles will still be trying to have DraftKings signage throughout the stadium if they are allowed to come back this year.

There is even the possibility that DraftKings finds their brand on TV during an Eagles game. DraftKings will have a premiere lounge called the DraftKings Field Club available to fans, which will offer a true VIP experience, according to DraftKings.

The longe will offer exclusive game-day access that will have a viewing area in the north end zone along with food and drinks offered in a private area. DraftKings branding will still be everywhere despite not having fans. They will have their branding on Eagles social media, and live streams along with Eagles broadcasts. DraftKings also plans to participate in the sponsorship for the Eagles annual NFL Draft Party.

DraftKings will also give Eagles fans a chance of winning prizes in their weekly Eagles Stat Showdown during the NFL season.

Sports Betting Partnerships in Philadelphia

The Eagles bring in another sports betting partner after they partnered with FoxBet a few weeks ago. Unibet also partnered with the Eagles in 2019, when they became the official casino partner.

This isn’t the only sports betting partnerships happening in Philadelphia. The 76ers have four betting partnerships with DraftKings, Fox Bet, Parx, and Caesar’s. The Flyers partnered with BetRivers, and BetRivers is also a sports betting partnership with the Wells Fargo Center, where the Flyers and 76ers play.

Philadelphia is seeing the sports betting partnerships grow as the Phillies are the last team in the city without a sports betting partnership. Thanks to Pennsylvania legalizing sports betting, the City of Brotherly Love is seeing the perks of the new industry.

This helps the sports teams out as sportsbooks are able to bring attractive deals for fans of the Philadelphia teams, and generate more dollars at the stadium on game day.

The Eagles now have their second official sports betting partner in the past three weeks, and they could continue to add more sportsbooks as Eagles partners.
