Best Bet: Tennessee Titans +6.5

tennessee titansThe Ravens do not look like the same team as last year. The biggest difference is that the offensive line for Lamar Jackson and that offense is not playing well. Even though the Titans’ defense has been mediocre, I think that the star talent on the team can make plays against this struggling offense. As long as they force Lamar to pass the ball deep while still maintaining pressure, the defense should do fine in this game.

With the extra 6.5 points and the struggling Ravens’ offense, Ryan Tannehill, Derrick Henry, Jonnu Smith, AJ Brown, and Corey Davis do not have to do much. There are so many weapons for the Titans’ offense that have been ridiculously efficient this year. Sticking within 6.5 points, basically, a touchdown, should not be an issue, and I really like this spread. I think that bettors are overreacting to the Colts’ matchup, and the spread is just too big.

As long as the Titans’ special teams get their act together, then I project the Titans not only covering but having a shot at winning this ball game. Special teams have been the facet of the game that has been costing the Titans wins the past few weeks. Meanwhile, the defense has been playing better, and the offense has been good all year.

The Ravens do not look like a team that can cover a touchdown spread against a top AFC competitor right now; go take the Titans +6.5.
