Vikings Vs. Eagles (9/19/22) Monday Night Football Same Game Parlay Strategy + Picks

We’re onto Week 2 of the NFL season, and the double-header on Monday Night Football figures to provide plenty of exciting action. In the second of two games, we will see two of the up-and-coming teams face off in the Vikings and Eagles. Both teams have superstar offensive talent, so a Same Game Parlay can be a great option.

Same Game Parlays provide boosted value on your wagers by providing the opportunity to combine different game props and player props for additional profit. In what I’m expecting to be an offensive shootout between Minnesota and Philadelphia, I love the idea of taking some overs on Monday night. Let’s dive into our options.

Vikings Vs. Eagles NFL Week 2 Sunday Night Football Same Game Parlay

As I mentioned in the intro, I expect some fireworks on Monday night, and I bet the over on the points total at 50.5. However, for the purposes of this Same Game Parlay, let’s use an alternate points total to get even more value for our SGP. You can explore some different options on the board, but I’m using the over on 54.5 points at +138.

In addition to the alternate line on the points total, I’m diving into some player props. Everyone will be on Justin Jefferson after his massive Week 1 performance, but I prefer the value on Dalvin Cook. I took an alternate line on him to have 80 rushing yards after he went for 90 last week. The Eagles allowed D’Andre Swift to run for 9.6 YPC in Week 1, and they had PFF’s worst team tackling grade in the NFL.

I’ll also go back to the A.J. Brown well after the Eagles showed in Week 1 that they want to target him frequently. Brown had ten catches for 155 yards in Week 1 while seeing 13 targets, a massive 44% share. The Vikings have a better pass defense than the Lions, but whether it’s Cameron Dantzler or Patrick Peterson on Brown, I expect the wideout will have the upper hand.

Along with those yardage props, I’m taking each player to score a touchdown in this game. You can bet up those players to 90 or 100 yards if you want, or combine other player props you like.

Put it all together, and we have a very enticing Same Game Parlay here:

  • Over 54.5 Total Points (+138)
  • Dalvin Cook 80+ Rushing Yards (+130)
  • Dalvin Cook Any Time Touchdown Scorer (-120)
  • A.J. Brown 80+ Receiving Yards (+118)
  • A.J. Brown Any Time Touchdown Scorer (+105)

Full SGP Odds: +1703 ($10 wins $170.39)

NFL Week 2 Monday Night Football Same Game Parlay Bankroll Builder

Along with our longshot SGP, I’m including a simple bankroll builder parlay I love for this matchup. I’m taking an over on an alternate points total at 44.5 points and the Vikings +7.5, which is a teaser leg I loved this week. I like the Vikings to win this game outright, so taking them to be within a touchdown makes a ton of sense.

Finally, I’m adding in Justin Jefferson to have 70+ receiving yards after his massive Week 1 performance. Jefferson has 70+ yards in eight of his last ten games, and he should keep extending that streak in the featured role in Kevin O’Connell’s offense. This simple bankroll builder gets us back to even money value.

Full Bankroll Builder on FanDuel:

  • Over 44.5 Total Points (-265)
  • Minnesota Vikings +7.5 (-290)
  • Justin Jefferson 70+ Receiving Yards (-340)
