WR Devante Parker (MIA) vs PHI – 64.7% Rostered

Parker has been one of the surprising fantasy players that have put it together this season. Ranking as a top 24 wide receiver and averaging 12.7 fantasy points per game this season. In the past 3 weeks Parker has seen 31 targets in the Miami Dolphins offense. Surprisingly one of the steadiest Dolphins fantasy assets this season from the Dolphins offense. Parker is the #1 receiving option in Miami and the offense essentially runs through both he and quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. Parker will face the Philadelphia Eagles in week 13, ranking as the 24th best team against opposing fantasy wide receivers. The Eagles have allowed the 2nd highest yards per completion and the 3rd highest yards per attempt. A juicy matchup for the Dolphins receiver to have yet another big game.

RB Jonathan Williams (IND) vs TEN – 59.1% Rostered

Seeing a massive 29 touches in week 12 against the Houston Texans. Entering the Colts’ offensive lineup in week 11 as the lead back after Marlon Mack’s injury. Averaging nearly 6.5 yards per carry since entering the lineup in week 11. Williams has also been seeing an increasing target share from the backfield. The Colts will face the Titans defense in week 13, ranking 21st best against opposing fantasy running-backs this season. A plus matchup for the interim starting running-back for the Colts. The game script of this week 13 matchup will most likely be neutral throughout, keeping Williams in the game. If you need a running-back this week, Williams should be your priority waiver wire pick up.

RB Derrius Guice (WAS) vs CAR – 51.7% Rostered

Seeing more targets than Adrian Peterson for 2 weeks in a row now. Guice saw nearly half of the offensive snaps in week 12 at 43% against the Detroit Lions. Guice carried the ball 10 times for 32 yards with a reception for 6 yards. A disappointing stat line for the lead back of this offense. The Redskins will face the Carolina Panthers in week 13. The Panthers rank as the 29th best against opposing fantasy wide receivers. Allowing the most rushing touchdowns, 7th most rushing yards, and the 3rd highest yards per carry in the NFL. The Panthers offer a great matchup for Guice to breakout and show the potential that the Redksins drafted him for. An increasing snap and carry count in the past two weeks is a positive sign for Guice to take over the backfield soon.

WR Chris Conley (JAX) vs TB – 18.3% Rostered

Conley’s large target share in the Jaguars offense has been continuing. Seeing a season high 9 targets, he was able to haul in 4 of them for 49 yards. Over the past 5 games Conley has seen 38 targets, averaging nearly 8 targets per game over that time period. Even with the change in quarterback, Conley’s role is cemented in the Jaguars offense. Playing the 3rd most snaps of the Jaguars offense behind DJ Chark and Dede Westbrook, Conley was still on the field for over 75% of the offensive snaps. The opportunity is there for Conley to blow up. It feels like it’s all leading up to this week against Tampa Bay. Ranking as the worst team against opposing fantasy wide receivers. The Buccaneers have allowed the 3rd most passing yards, 3rd most passing touchdowns, 10th highest yards per completion, and the 13th highest yards per attempt this season. There will be no better opportunity for Conley to capitalize on his targets than against the Buccaneers. If you need a wide receiver this week, Conley should be your priority waiver wire pick up.

WR Deebo Samuel (SF) vs BAL – 43.9% Rostered

Leading the 49ers wide receivers in snaps over the past 3 weeks, Samuel has cemented himself in the Kyle Shanahan offense. Scoring double digit fantasy points 3 weeks in a row now. Samuel has become a favorite target for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, seeing 23 targets over the past 3 weeks. Samuel and the 49ers will face off against the Baltimore Ravens defense in week 13, a middle of the pack pass defense this season. The explosiveness of the Ravens’ offense could lead to a pass heavy game script for the 49ers to keep up. With so many weapons on the 49ers offense like Emmanuel Sanders, George Kittle, and their trio of running-backs, it’s impossible to defend everyone on every play. Samuel will have a solid matchup in a prolific offense in week 13 and should be played in your league.
