With the fantasy football season reaching round two of the Super Bowl, it’s more important than ever to look for fantasy sleepers. For fantasy owners who are competing for first place or a consolation prize, it’s paramount to fix any holes that are present in their rosters. Unfortunately, there aren’t many quarterbacks who can help uplift your fantasy teams this Sunday. However, there are a bunch of reliable WRs and RBs who serve as fantastic fantasy flex options. In order to bolster your roster for your upcoming fantasy game, read the list below for my insights and analysis.

Anthony Miller

Despite having a horrendous outing last game, Anthony Miller is a solid WR2 option. Between weeks 11 and 15, Antony Miller scored 10+ fantasy points in each game, with an average of 17.6 points. This season, Anthony Miller has been the Chicago Bears’ second-leading receiver, and he will have a great opportunity this Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings are currently allowing the seventh-most fantasy points to wide receivers, so you can expect Miller to finish the season with a terrific performance.

Deandre Washington

With Josh Jacobs listed as inactive in week 16, his teammate Deandre Washington ran for 85 yards and scored a TD on the ground against the Chargers. Washington has also flashed modest receiving value by hauling in ten catches over his last three outings. Throughout this same period, Washington has served as a quality flex option who is averaging 14.4 fantasy points since week 14. Given that Jacobs has already been ruled out for week 17, Washington is primed to step in for a high number of touches as the Raiders’ lead back.

Gus Edwards

Gus Edwards is a great RB2 option in week 17 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Throughout this year, the Baltimore Ravens are rushing for 200+ yards per game (most in the NFL), which is over 50 yards more than the next closest team. In addition, the Ravens lead the NFL in terms of carries, yards per carry, and rushing touchdowns this year. Given that both Mark Ingram and Lamar Jackson will be inactive this weekend, Edwards will have a high likelihood of excelling.

Cole Beasley

If you’re in desperate need of a dependable flex option this Sunday, look no further than Cole Beasley. Since week 12, Beasley has seen an uptick in his receiving yardage and targets, which has led him to average 15.4 fantasy points within that timespan. In fact, Beasley has recorded at least six targets for five weeks in a row. This week, Beasley and the Bills will compete against a Jets defense that is allowing 24 fantasy points per game to opposing receivers (ninth-highest). As a result, Beasley is a great fantasy option with modest WR2 status.

Greg Ward

Despite scoring an average of 15+ fantasy points over his last two games, Greg Ward is currently owned by less than a quarter of all fantasy leagues. Ward is a great sleeper, who has steadily seen an increase in receiving yardage in every game since week 14. Due to the litany of injuries sustained to Eagles wideouts this season, Greg Ward is firmly established as Philadelphia’s no. 1 WR. Therefore, you can expect Ward to have a great day as a high-end WR3 against a Giants secondary that surrenders the third-most fantasy points to wideouts.

Drew Lock

Drew Lock is among the best of all fantasy sleeper quarterbacks for week 17. Despite two straight games with low fantasy output, Lock has a favorable matchup against a Raiders defense that allows nearly 25 fantasy points per week to passers (fourth-most). Moreover, the Raiders secondary is allowing over 260 passing yards per game this season, which indicates that Lock will have a high ceiling on Sunday. While his ceiling is currently a QB2 level, Lock is a dependable signal-caller for those in need of a quarterback in the deepest of leagues.

Tyler Higbee

This weekend, Tyler Higbee will have his most favorable matchup of the year against an Arizona Cardinals defense that surrenders the most fantasy points to TEs. Since his teammate, Gerald Everett suffered a knee injury in week 13, Higbee has scored 18.5+ fantasy points in four straight games. Simultaneously, Higbee has also recorded 100+ receiving yards and 7+ catches in every outing throughout this same time period. As a result, Tyler is solidified as a TE1 and is a great pickup for owners looking to replace Mark Andrews.
