drew breesThe Week 11 slate of quarterbacks are pretty top heavy, but that is going to be the case given a majority of the injuries to the position. The Saints were a huge disappointment last week against the Falcons, and will take on another weak divisional secondary, but this time on the road. I like Drew Brees again as a top five QB, and will trust the process here after a down week. Patrick Mahomes looked solid despite the injury to his knee, and he will be on the road in a crucial game against the Chargers. The battle of Lamar Jackson and Deshaun Watson is going to be a fun one, and both enter the week as top five quarterbacks. Dak Prescott lit up the Minnesota secondary, and will take on another NFC North opponent. The Lions have been giving up monster games to quarterbacks of late, and not necessarily good ones. Tom Brady gets a bump this week taking on the Eagles secondary which has struggled this season. Overall the Pats offense is in a good spot despite being on the road.

Josh JacobsBasically Week 10’s outcome for Christian McCaffrey has been a floor, and you are looking at him as the number one back yet again. We can move on, as McCaffrey will be the top back as long as he is healthy. Dalvin Cook comes in at number two going up against Denver at home. This is another good game script game for him, and we should see 20+ touches in this spot. Ezekiel Elliott has been sorta meh at times this year, but is in a great spot alongside the rest of the Cowboys offense. The Lions are allowing a ton of fantasy points to opposing backs this season, and with Matthew Stafford being out, Dallas should be in control of this one. I love Josh Jacobs this week, which is no surprise given that the Raiders are home favorites against a bottom five run defense. Jacobs should see plenty of volume and add to his rookie of the year campaign. Damien Williams gets a bump as he looks to be the lead back in Kansas City. Melvin Gordon’s workload and flash also looked back against Oakland. I have confidence in him moving forward.

Michael ThomasMuch like Christian McCaffrey, Michael Thomas continues to be a run away option. He just seems to be a lock for nine-ten catches and over 100 yards. He gets another secondary he can take advantage of, as Tampa is a bottom ten secondary. The usual names are up top, but most of the names are in a good a good spot this week. Odell Beckham saw a big increase in targets and air yards this past week. Here is hoping that he can keep things going moving forward. Tough matchup for him this week against Pittsburgh, which has been a hell of a defense over the last week. The Patriots wideouts get a major bump this week, not that they need one, but Philadelphia has struggled this season against the pass. They are top five in fantasy points allowed to opposing wideouts this season. Mohamed Sanu saw a big target game before the bye week, and Sanu should be strong WR2 in this offense that was lacking playmakers.

hunter henryGeorge Kittle was banged up this past week, which was a bummer because it was a good spot. Here is another good spot against Arizona, so we are hoping he can get healthy. Travis Kelce finally found the end zone, and should have had another against Tennessee. Kelce is a strong option again this week, and has the highest projection. On the flip side of that game, Hunter Henry is in a prime spot against the Chiefs, who have had a soft spot in the defense against tight ends this season. Mostly because volume comes high in the passing game against them, which should be the case this week. Mark Andrews is coming off a two touchdown week, and continues to be a go-to option for Jackson when healthy. I’m also a bit higher in projections on Olsen, McDonald, and Cook for this week.

Harrison ButkerTeams allowing the most field goal attempts this season are Cincinnati, Denver, Tampa Bay, Los Angeles Rams, and Baltimore. Detroit, Arizona, Houston, and Philadelphia are a few other teams worth targeting with kickers, as they give up a lot of volume. Teams that give up the least amount of volume are New England, New Orleans, San Francisco, Oakland, and Minnesota. Volume is ultimately what you want each week. Finding kickers on offenses that move the ball is always a plus for fantasy points at the position. Efficiency would come next.

Buffalo BillsNew England is back this week against Philly, who have struggled at times offensively. It is going to be tough for them to beat this group given their playmakers have been up and down this season. Buffalo and San Francisco are both strong options this week against lesser offensives, more so Miami. These are the three teams projected for double-digit fantasy points. The Rams defense has been in a decent groove, and will have a home matchup against the Bears. David Montgomery struggled against Detroit, and this passing offense isn’t good enough to beat the Rams. Cleveland, Oakland, and Dallas get some bumps this week due to the matchup, which are teams that have either been avoided or underperformed for fantasy. Kansas City was a let down this past week, but rank just outside the top ten here.
