The Rams went after Todd Gurley with the tenth pick overall, and is already looking to pay off his pick. Gurley is up over 3,000 rushing yards, and over 30 total touchdowns. In college Gurley wasn’t classified as a dual-threat back but has transitioned into one in the NFL. This helps evolve an offense, but also his volume. Gurley is another bell cow back in the league, which is starting to make a reappearance. Georgia has been gifting us great running backs for a while now, and Gurley is another production of an SEC school. Gurley’s new deal also locks him into Los Angeles for a while.
