BetRivers Ontario Land-Based Partner
At the moment, it hasn’t been announced if BetRivers has decided to partner with a physical casino in Ontario. The sportsbook has land-based partners (not all casinos) in every state where BetRivers is legal.

Both the desktop and the app versions of BetRivers are easy to use and iOS and Android customers have offered solid reviews in both their respective app stores. It has positive reviews on both the Apple App store and the Google Play store. Because BetRivers is a relatively smaller player, they still have several apps that are separated by state (i.e. BetRivers Sportsbook Michigan, BetRivers Sportsbook Arizona) as opposed to having one big app for all locations. From a convenience standpoint, it’s not ideal because users that are in another BetRivers state would have to download another app to place bets there.

The website is practically identical to the app in both its simplicity and its design. It has a bigger screen, obviously, so there are fewer drop-down menus and more visible lists to scroll through. On June 22, 2021, Canadian lawmakers overturned the decades-long ban on sports betting in Canada by signing Bill C-218. The bill legalized the activity and gave each of the ten provinces in the country to regulate their own sports betting market within their borders. Summary
BetRivers is relatively small but is a pretty solid second choice to some of the bigger sportsbooks. To become a big player in the Ontario market, it will likely have to differentiate itself a bit more. But, it does have a great loyalty rewards program that allows users to rack up points and rewards, a streamlined and straightforward mobile app and website, and a great pre-launch program that allows users to make bets with fake money. On the flipside, to become more relevant in the industry, they would want to fix the limitations within their iOS app compatibility specifically and have 24/7 customer service available to their users.
