One of the more well known tight ends in football is Hunter Henry, and you might ask why given he has hardly played. Henry is a big time talent, being drafted 35th overall out of Arkansas back in 2016. Henry had mixed playing time as Antonio Gates rode out his career, which frustrated those ready for Henry’s emergence. He had 12 touchdowns despite the lack of snaps in two seasons, and over 1,000 yards. The production was there. In more recent news, Gates has retired, but Henry’s time will have to wait tearing his ACL in 2018, which is frustrating entering his first full year as a starter.
