Scholarship Program Application

Select Scholarship:

Fall 2022

What: Five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded based on academic and extra-curricular achievement.
Who: The award is open to high schoolers, undergraduate and graduate students 16 years or older.
Criteria: Applicants should have exemplary academic and sports interests.
Deadline: All Fall 2022 applications and supporting documents must be received by June 30, 2022.
Awards: Recipients will be chosen and notified by August 1,2022, with awards paid to the receiving institution.

Submission must contain all of the following in order to be considered:

A) Completed Application
B) Official High School Transcript or Proof of attendance at College or University (Letter of Acceptance, Class Schedule, etc)
