2026 NBA Draft No. 1 Overall Pick Odds

In Dybansta, the Wizards would be getting the safest option of the top four prospects in this draft, along with arguably the highest ceiling. Darryn Peterson has health questions, Cam Boozer may never develop a reliable perimeter game, and Caleb Wilson is a raw athlete. Dybansta is a ready-made wing scorer who could average around 20 points per game throughout his career, making him the type of franchise staple Washington has been waiting for during the past few years of tanking.

Pick: AJ Dybansta (-450).

2026 NBA Draft No. 2 Overall Pick Odds

On top of his health questions, Darryn Peterson has lowered his draft stock by refusing to visit with the Jazz, and putting out word that his camp prefers he isn’t paired with Keyonte George. Boozer is a ready-made wing defender and connective piece for a team that is poised to take a huge leap defensively. He presents less risk for the Jazz in terms of fit and personality traits. With his father, Carlos, in the front office, it wouldn’t be shocking to see Cam wind up in a Jazz uniform.

Pick: Cameron Boozer (+180)

2026 NBA Draft No. 3 Overall Pick Odds

Peterson isn’t likely to slide past the third overall pick. Memphis is reportedly willing to move on from Ja Morant and could see Peterson as a better three-level scorer with long-term upside. He can play off the ball alongside Ty Jerome or Scotty Pippen Jr. or he can run the show in pick-and-roll sets with Zack Edey. Peterson would be a great fit on a rebuilding team in Memphis.

Pick: Darryn Peterson (+220)

2026 NBA Draft No. 4 Overall Pick Odds

Chicago’s fourth overall selection might be the most predictable spot in the entire draft. The Bulls will almost certainly take the fourth player left among the top four prospects, and that player is almost certain to be Wilson, who is a great fit for a roster bereft of a true power forward. Wilson’s game needs a lot of polish, but agile 6-foot-10 wings don’t grow on trees.

Pick: Caleb Wilson (-475)

2026 NBA Draft No. 5 Overall Pick Odds

The Clippers could be willing to trade down from the fifth spot to acquire more assets. If they use this pick, Mikel Brown Jr. seems like a more appealing target than Keaton Wagler as a combo guard with a score-first mentality next to Darius Garland. Brown Jr. is an absolute bucket and the back injury that capped his freshman season at Louisville didn’t appear to be a concern in individual team workouts. When healthy, he was one of the best guards in the NCAA and his confidence is through the roof. With a 6-foot-7 wingspan, the 6-5 guard has the tools to become a solid NBA defender.

Pick: Mikel Brown Jr. (+210)

2026 NBA Draft No. 6 Overall Pick Odds

The Nets invested heavily in their backcourt via last year’s draft and the returns weren’t immediate, so they could take a big swing at a guard to lead them into the future. The ceiling for Acuff Jr. is Brooklyn’s version of Jalen Brunson, as they look to build a stable of wing defenders and shooters to complement the elite point guard. Perhaps more than any other team in the Eastern Conference, the Nets have enough usage available for the tough guard from Detroit to soak up in his first few NBA seasons.

Pick: Daris Acuff Jr. (+275)

2026 NBA Draft No. 7 Overall Pick Odds

If the Kings don’t trade up for Acuff Jr. or he doesn’t fall to them, they could take Wagler as a consolation. The 6-foot-5 guard should grow into his frame early in his NBA career and he could emerge as an elite wing scorer. The Kings have needs all over the roster and might not be looking for a floor general to right the ship immediately. Wagler is more of a long-term project as a piece to add to a young corps of players.

Pick: Keaton Wagler (+230)

2026 NBA Draft No. 8 Overall Pick Odds

Whether the Hawks use this pick or trade down, there will be teams interested in adding the biggest prospect in the draft. At 7-foot-3, 250 pounds, Mara is a defensive chess piece to deploy in a league that has been titled by Nikola Jokic and Victor Wembanyama. Despite his size, Mara held up well in pick-and-roll defense while leading Michigan to a national title. Zach Edey was similarly cast as a defensive liability ahead of the 2024 draft, but the Grizzlies were willing to take him in the Top 10 and his upside has justified that selection.

Pick: Aday Mara (+300)

2026 NBA Draft No. 9 Overall Pick Odds

Kyrie Irving is coming off ACL surgery and should run the show for Dallas this season, if he’s not traded. New GM Masai Ujiri might see Irving as the perfect bridge to a younger point guard in Flemings, who can develop with Cooper Flagg. The Mavs need defense at the point of attack and organization on offense, both of which Flemings provided in spades at Houston. The 6-foot-3 point guard could become a big part of the future in Dallas.

Pick: Kingston Flemings (+450)

2026 NBA Draft No. 10 Overall Pick Odds

There are relatively flat odds on which player the Bucks might take in this spot and it could hinge on the haul they get for Giannis Antetokounmpo. Burries should fit with any type of roster construction given his blend of skill, shooting, and defensive toughness. The Arizona product was a five-star recruit and led arguably the second best team in the NCAA in scoring on efficient shooting splits. His ceiling is comparable to Devin Booker as a lead guard.

Pick: Brayden Burries (+450)
