2026 ATP Nordea Open Bracket Analysis

Quarter 1

Andrey Rublev is the top seed in Sweden, sitting at the top of the brackets with a fairly simple path to the semifinals. He gets the first round bye and the only other seeded opponent in his section is No. 8 Sebastian Baez, who has underperformed on the clay court this season. There really isn’t a dark horse to consider, although the winner of Jesper De Jong vs. Vilius Gaubas would be a starting point but Rublev has no excuse to lose this quarter.

Quarter 2

Alejandro Tabilo is the No. 3 seed and the top name in Quarter 2, receiving the first round bye which is much needed in a very difficult section of the draw. Quarter 2 features Sebastian Ofner taking on Thiago Agustin Tirante in Round 1 along with Nikoloz Basilashvili vs. Jon Choinski. Also, Facundo Diaz Acosta faces a qualifier so there are lots of possible names to come out of Quarter 2.

Tabilo should be your starting point, but getting past the quarterfinals might require a little help. The winner of Ofner/Tirante is your best look outside of the favorite Tabilo, while Diaz Acosta always presents the potential to get hot on the clay court surface.

Quarter 3

Quarter 3 is riddled with qualifiers, so if you’re looking for a dark horse feel free to explore. However, Mariano Navone is the top name with a first round bye in Quarter 3 and a likely winner to reach the semifinals. His form has been solid lately, especially during clay court season, while Aldolfo Vallejo also has a great chance to win the quarter from the top part of this section.

Quarter 4

Defending champion Luciano Darderi get the first round bye in Quarter 4 as the event’s No. 2 seed, but will have a difficult Round 2 meeting against either Daniel Altmaier or Hugo Gaston. This is a very difficult section, with defending champion Darderi along with a seemingly resurrected Grigor Dimitrov. Despite Darderi winning the title in 2025, Dimitrov’s run in London warrants a look as the top name to consider here.

The surface change will be key, however, so feel free to keep an eye on Darderi despite the top part of this section being equally as difficult. Moise Kouame faces Nuno Borges in Round 1, as either can get hot, while Dimitrov’s first round matchup is no slouch in Dalibor Svrcina. Quarter 4 is the most difficult so look for futures picks elsewhere.

Tournament Pick: Andrey Rublev +400
Sleeper Pick: Facundo Diaz Acosta +2800

  • Defending Champion: Alexander Bublik

2026 ATP Swiss Open Gstaad Bracket Analysis

Quarter 1

Alexander Bublik looks to defend his championship as the No. 1 seed, sitting on top of Quarter 1 with a solid path to reach the semifinals. Bublik should find himseld in the quarterfinals where Jaume Munar is likely to be waiting, a match Bublik should be fine handling. Much like the tournament above, it’s very difficult to see a dark horse come out of Quarter 1 with the favorite (in this case Bublik) having such overwhelming odds.

Quarter 2

Arthur Rinderknech left London at the hands of Novak Djokovic, now enters this event with a first round bye as the No. 4 seed. He should see an easy appearance in the quarterfinals where he will likely face Ignacio Buse, who saw lots of success on the clay courts this season. Buse, however, gets Stefanos Tsitsipas in Round 1 and so it’s safer to say the winner of that match is likely to face Rinderknech for the Quarter 2 crown. For us its Buse, as he has already beaten Sitty this season and playing on his most comfortable surface.

Quarter 3

This is going to be a fun quarter to watch between the two top names listed in it, the first being Valentin Vacherot. The No. 3 seed gets a first round bye but immediately faces tough challengers with a match against the winner of Yannick Hanfmann and Pedro Martinez. We haven’t heard much from Vacherot since Monte Carlo, so it’s tough to back him despite the bye.

The other name to circle in Quarter 3 is Raphael Collingon, entering as the No. 7 seed but having a tough first round match against qualifier Timofey Skatov. Also, Lorenzo Sonego is listed under Collignon and presents a tough Round 2 match should both advance. So while the form and clay court trust lies with Collignon here, the draw is much better for Vacherot – pick your poison.

Quarter 4

Casper Ruud is back on the clay court surface, so don’t overthink this and feel free to go after him here. He gets a first round bye and is the clear-cut talent to beat in this tournament outside Bublik. Ruud’s level of play on clay is elite, and he will likely go after points with the U.S. Open down the road and obtaining almost zero during the grass court season.

While Ruud is the elite name here, there are plenty of dark horses that can actually win this quarter. Juan Manuel Cerundolo, Miomir Kecmanovic, Jaime Faria and Stan Wawrinka can all go on runs – but outside Cerundolo none are worth considering as an upset over Ruud on their best days. So if not Ruud here, go for Cerundolo although Ruud’s form on clay and motivation to do well are tough to bet against here.

Tournament Pick: Casper Ruud +125
Sleeper Pick: Raphael Collignon +1500

2026 ATP Croatia Open Umag Preview, Odds & Information

2026 ATP Croatia Open Umag Information

2026 ATP Croatia Open Umag Forecast

2026 ATP Croatia Open Umag Betting Odds

2026 ATP Croatia Open Umag Bracket Analysis

Quarter 1

Flavio Cobolli enters Umag as the No. 1 seed and gets the first round bye at the top of the brackets. His road to the semifinals might get a little bumpy, but looking at the names in his section he should reach the final four. Both Pablo Carreno Busta and Camilo Ugo Carabelli are the two names to watch in terms of dark horses here, and of those two we side with the latter. Also, Roma Andres Burruchaga has shown spurts of high-level tennis when playing on a clay court surface and is a dangerous sleeper should he find that form he found earlier this season.

Quarter 2

Tomas Martin Etcheverry get a first round bye in Quarter 2 as the No. 3 seed in Croatia, although he will likely have a difficult matchup in Round 2 against Daniel Merida Aguilar. The winner of that hypothetical meeting is a great pick to win the quarter but there are lots of names at the bottom of this section that can go on runs. Titouan Droguet and Luca Van Assche are potential dark horses, but the name to beat at the bottom of Quarter 2 is Alexander Blockx. On paper, Etcheverry vs. Blockx should determine the quarter’s winner – but there’s a very real chance Merida Aguilar and the entire bottom section blow that up completely.

Quarter 3

The only name that seemingly can threaten Matteo Arnaldi in Quarter 3 is Fabian Marozsan. Arnaldi has no excuse not to reach the quarterfinals where he would potentially face either Marozsan or the winner of Damir Dzumhur vs. Henrique Rocha. While the latter is an intriguing dark horse to consider, its unlikely any name outside of Marozan or Arnaldi come out of Quarter 3.

Quarter 4

Alejandro Davidovich Fokina enters Croatia as a dangerous No. 2 seed with a first round bye, not exactly what the rest of the field needed. ADF’s form on clay is already tough to beat, but his form on grass this season was just as impressive and now enters Umag with lots of momentum in his form. Also consider his quarter, an easy path to the quarterfinals while the names above him such as Dino Prizmic, Vit Kopriva, Valentin Royer and Alex Molcan shouldn’t cause concern. Keep in mind it took Felix Auger Aliassime to take him out of Wimbledon, so it’s tough to bet against the form of ADF right now as he matches back with his favorite surface.

Tournament Pick: Alejandro Davidovich Fokina +550
Sleeper Pick: Alexander Blockx +1200
