After being drafted back in 2006 by Orlando, J.J. Redick has turned into a quality shooting guard. He was drafted 11th overall, and is a native of Duke University. Redick had a slow start to his career, which happens when you go to Orlando, but he has transformed himself into an every game started over the last five-six seasons. Redick is a shooter, averaging over 40% from three in his career, and 45% from the field. He has taken on more of a mentor role in Philly these days, but it helped him hit a career high in points per game (17).
