Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry had a solid outing in Game 5 of the series against the Houston Rockets. Curry did not connect on a field goal until around eight minutes into this one but still managed 22 points while dishing out six assists and grabbing seven rebounds. Curry managed four steals but also added three turnovers and tied a team-low minus -9 on the night. We should expect Curry to come out flying in Game 6 with the possibility of Chris Paul missing some action which makes Curry a solid play for Game 6.
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry posted a team-high 28 points, but it was not enough as his team went down in Game 4 by the score of 95-92. Curry got cooking in the third quarter, scoring 17 of his 28 points and finished the night connecting on 10-for-26 from the field. Curry struggled with some foul trouble in the second quarter and was only able to dish out two assists on the night to three turnovers. We will need to see more efficiency from the sniper in Game 5 for the Warriors to get the home-court advantage back.
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry got going in this one racking up 35 points in the 126-85 win over the Houston Rockets. Curry made 5-for-12 from deep after connecting on just 2-for-13 in the series first two contests and converted on 7-for-7 from the floor for 18 points in the third quarter alone. Curry quieted his critics in this one as there had been rumors swirling that the two-time MVP has not been 100% due to injury. We can expect Curry to continue rolling in Game 4 and he is definitely worth building your lineup around for that one.
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry could not find his rhythm in a Game 2 loss to the Houston Rockets. Curry managed to connect on only 1-for-8 from three and finished the night with just 16 points. Curry was able to salvage his line with seven rebounds and dished out seven assists with just two turnovers. Curry is a staggering 2-for-13 from deep in this series and has made just one from downtown in each game which is something he did just once all season. Curry has mentioned he is no 100% as he tweaked a previous injury in Game 1. It may be a safe bet to stay away from Curry, but then again, this man has surprised us enough in the past.
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry did a bit of everything in Game 1 of the series against the Houston Rockets. Curry connected on eight of 15 shots from the floor for 18 points and recorded eight assists with just a single turnover. Curry also was able to throw in a couple steals with a block and hauled down six rebounds on the night. The 18 points were a low this postseason, but with so many weapons, it did not seem to affect his club. Curry is due to hit 30 points this postseason for the first time, so keep a close eye on the superstar for Game 2.
