2022 Sam Darnold Player Stats

Sam Darnold was the third overall pick in the 2018 draft, coming out of USC. Darnold was touted as one of the more NFL ready quarterbacks in the game. He ended up going to the Jets, and time will tell if he was the right pick out of all the quarterbacks that came out of that 2018 draft class. It is too early to tell for Darnold’s career path, but the Jets will also need to do some growing, which means putting the right pieces around him to succeed. The stats have been mediocre but his place top place on the depth chart is there. Keep an eye on Darnold over the next few years, prior USC quarterbacks have not had much NFL success.
