Oakland has a new receiving core to work with, but we can wait to see if it is any better. Michael Crabtree is gone, but Jordy Nelson's old bag of bones is in Oakland, as well as Martavis Bryant. Jared Cook will still lead the way in snaps at tight end, but has been inconsistent with his role in the team. Oakland's running back core doesn't offer a ton of promise. Marshawn Lynch at his age won't carry a full role, and Doug Martin hasn't shown much in the last few seasons. The good thing for these two is that the snaps will be all theirs. It is hard to see Jon Gruden going with Washington or Richard unless an injury occurs.
