The 2026 Masters is now only two weeks away. With many players, including all of LIV, having played their last competitive rounds before teeing it up at Augusta National, this is the time of year I begin to seriously analyze the Futures markets and identify betting value before Masters odds inevitably adjust on the Monday of tournament week.

Considerations for Masters Futures
How do we assess fair value in Masters Futures odds? Outrights in any given week are always a formula of recent form, long-term pedigree, and course history. Each event just weights those three factors a bit differently.
At The Masters, the scales are tipped significantly towards Course History. The evidence supports it. A debutant has not won since Fuzzy Zoeller 1979. Past champions tend to litter the tops of leaderboards year over year. It’s the reason why a player like Jordan Spieth is priced 30/1 at The Masters and 50/1 at each of the other Major championships this season.
In this article, we’ll explore the best values in the Masters Futures markets at present. Whose stock has peaked, who has room to gain steam over these next two weeks, and who offers the greatest betting value as of today.
Biggest Risers
These players are peaking now and are not expected to see additional value. Their odds have seemingly reached their peak, and therefore offer less urgency to place future bets now.
Jon Rahm
Pre-2026 Odds: +1600
Current Odds:
Prior to joining LIV, there was a big-3 in golf between Rahm, McIlroy, and Scheffler. Since receding to the shadows of the less popular golf circuit, Rahm’s elite play has not diminished, but it has gone overlooked. He corrected a winless 2025 campaign quickly and has looked like his elite self again with finishes of 2nd, 5th, 1st, 2nd, and 2nd over his last five starts.
Akshay Bhatia
Pre-2026 Odds: +10000
Current Odds:
Lefties have an excellent track record at Augusta National as players like Phil Mickelson, Bubba Watson, and Mike Weir have demonstrated. Bhatia has garnered plenty of attention as the next lefty in line to claim the green jacket since picking up a Signature Event win at the Arnold Palmer Invitational this month. Bhatia plays the Indian Open this week. Winner of the 2024 Valero Texas Open, it will be interesting to track whether Bhatia tees it up again before Masters week.
Monitor Closely
These players have an opportunity to address important unanswered questions about their form in the final weeks before The Masters.
Brooks Koepka
Current Odds:
It’s been a very encouraging showing from Brooks in his return to PGA TOUR action this season. He’s now finished in the top 20 in each of his last three starts. I’m keeping a very close eye on how Brooks performs at the Houston Open this week, particularly with his driver and putter. Memorial Park offers plenty of similarities to Augusta National with its generous landing areas and fast, table-top greens. If Brooks looks good in Houston, I’m ready to pull the trigger on a Masters future bet before markets adjust.
Collin Morikawa
Current Odds:
Morikawa was forced to withdraw due to a back injury he sustained on a practice swing on the second tee box at THE PLAYERS, and we have not seen him tee it up since. All things being equal with his health, the 2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am winner would assuredly be a consensus top-5 favorite at The Masters. It will be interesting to monitor how Morikawa’s health progresses in the weeks to come. If he feels well enough to play the Valero Texas Open, there is some inherent value in his odds with the health uncertainty still factored in.
Today’s Best Future Bets
These players still offer present-day value, with reason to believe their odds will worsen between now and Masters week.
Patrick Reed
Current Odds:
We’ve seen enough from Patrick Reed this year to know the form is good, and the confidence is high. Reed turned heads by leaving LIV just before the start of the season, betting on himself to qualify for a spot on the PGA TOUR via the DP World Tour pathway. The result? Two wins and a T2 finish over his first four DP World Tour starts.
The 2018 Masters Champion always plays well at Augusta, regardless of form; he’s finished 3rd, T12, and T4 over his last three appearances. The public may be slower to pick up on the quality of Reed’s play this season, considering we have not seen him on the PGA TOUR. But he is quietly playing some of the best golf of his career right now.
Min Woo Lee
Current Odds:
The Houston Open is likely the last time we’ll see Min Woo before The Masters. What a stage that will be for the Australian to make his final audition, as he’ll enter the tournament as the reigning champion and betting favorite to win. If those projections ring true, Min Woo’s odds will not last at this price for long.
A long hitter with elite touch around the greens in the midst of the best approach season of his career, Min Woo’s game should translate very well at Augusta National, as he’s demonstrated already with a T14 finish in his 2022 Masters debut.
