Masters Week is in full swing now, and while futures odds are available year-round, the final days leading up to The Masters offer a deeper arsenal of new props and odds to consider.

Throughout Masters Week, we’ll profile some of the most popular prop markets, with a prognosis on which prop markets offer the greatest value to exploit, and which players we prefer in each. In this article, we’ll analyze the best picks to consider in the 2026 Masters Top Debutant market.

Top Debutant Market Overview

Everyone is well aware by now that a debutant has not won the Masters since Fuzzy Zoeller in 1979. That does not, however, mean that debutants cannot play well, or contend even. Ludvig Aberg nearly bucked this trend with a solo second-place finish in his 2024 debut.

At last year’s Masters, Matt McCarty (T14) emerged as a surprise longshot to win Top Debutant honors over pre-tournament favorites, Maverick McNealy, Thomas Detry, and Nico Echavarria, Aaron Rai.

The 2026 Debutant Class

This is a loaded market with plenty of depth capable of winning. Jacob Bridgeman and Chris Gotterup rank No. 1 and No. 2 in the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup Standings. While Bridgeman is set to make his Masters debut, he has played Augusta National twice in collegiate competition back in his days at Clemson.

Other hopefuls in great form at the moment include Marco Penge, Ben Griffin, Ryan Gerard, and Harry Hall. Griffin, while in sub-par form, joins Ludvig Aberg on a short list of players who played in their first Ryder Cup before playing in their first Masters. That may help him feel a bit more at ease under the intense pressure of your Masters debut.

My Top Debutant Pick

Harry Hall

Best Odds Available:

When assessing a group of players who have never competed at Augusta National before, it’s the greens that should cause the most confusion for players seeing them for the first time. If that holds true, Harry Hall stands the best chance to acclimate the quickest. He ranks top-5 in terms of SG: ARG, SG: Short Game, and SG: P (Fast & Bentgrass greens).

Hall is also a proven performer in difficult conditions, finishing top-30 in each of his two major starts last year, and T9 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational last month.

Best of luck with your 2026 Masters bets!
