The 2026 NFL Draft has come to a close. It’s time to give my knee-jerk reaction grades. We need a lot of time to see if these players pan out, so I’ll be providing grades based on pre-draft value.
The order of these grades will be based on alphabetical order.
Arizona Cardinals 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 3: Jeremiyah Love (RB, Notre Dame)
- Round 2, Pick 34: Chase Bisontis (IOL, Texas A&M)
- Round 3, Pick 65: Carson Beck (QB, Miami)
- Round 4, Pick 104: Kaleb Proctor (DL, SE Louisiana)
- Round 5, Pick 143: Reggie Virgil (WR, Texas Tech)
- Round 6, Pick 183: Karson Sharar (LB, Iowa)
- Round 7, Pick 217: Jayden Williams (OT, Ole Miss)
Draft Grade: A-
My hunch is the Cardinals took calls to trade out of No. 3 overall, but were unable to. Thus, they took arguably the best player in the class in Love. Is it a perfect environment for him? Not quite. Adding players like Chase Bisontis, a tough guard who will be an instant starter for them, and Carson Beck who brings plenty of college experience and played in many big-time moments does help.
The Cardinals didn’t have a chance to move into the first round to grab Simpson, so taking Beck at the top of Round 3 made sense. I also love the selection of Kaleb Proctor in the fourth round. He comes from Southeast Louisiana, and he dominated LSU when they played them. Overall, it’s hard to be negative about a class when you upgrade the offensive line, get a possible starting quarterback and arguably the top talent in the class with Love.
Atlanta Falcons 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 2, Pick 48: Avieon Terrell (CB, Clemson)
- Round 3, Pick 79: Zachariah Branch (WR, Georgia)
- Round 4, Pick 134: Kendal Daniels (LB, Oklahoma)
- Round 6, Pick 208: Anterio Thompson (DT, Washington)
- Round 6, Pick 215: Harold Perkins Jr. (LB, LSU)
- Round 7, Pick 231: Ethan Onianwa (OT, Ohio State)
Draft Grade: B-
The Falcons didn’t have too many picks, but they used their first on A.J. Terrell’s younger brother, Avieon. The younger Terrell had a chance to squeeze in at the back of the first round, but he falls here and can play both inside and outside.
From there, the selection Branch is intriguing. He’s a phenomenal athlete, but he was used in a way that made it tough to judge him at Georgia. He’s the type of Tavon Austin-like player you want to get the ball in the hands of. I also like taking a chance on a player like Perkins Jr. in the sixth round as he was a massive prospect early on in his college career.
Baltimore Ravens 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 14: Olaivavega Ioane (IOL, Penn State)
- Round 2, Pick 45: Zion Young (EDGE, Missouri)
- Round 3, Pick 80: Ja’Kobi Lane (WR, USC)
- Round 4, Pick 115: Elijah Sarratt (WR, Indiana)
- Round 5, Pick 133: Matthew Hibner (TE, SMU)
- Round 5, Pick 162: Chandler Rivers (CB, Duke)
- Round 5, Pick 173: Josh Cuevas (TE, Alabama)
- Round 5, Pick 174: Adam Randall (RB, Clemson)
- Round 6, Pick 211: Ryan Eckley (P, Michigan State)
- Round 7, Pick 250: Rayshaun Benny (DT, Michigan)
- Round 7, Pick 253: Evan Beerntsen (G, Northwestern)
Draft Grade: B+
This was a very Ravens-type of draft. Ioane is a plug-and-play guard who will be there for the next decade or more. They also took a long edge rusher in Young, who’s reminiscent of a former Raven in Za’Darius Smith. The Ravens needed to address the receiver position, and they came away with Lane and Sarratt. Lane is a big red-zone receiver but struggles against the press, whereas Sarratt is another bigger receiver who runs crisp routes and is seemingly always open. I would’ve preferred Chris Bell over Lane.
I also like the addition of Rivers, who will play inside at the next level. He started 45 games for Duke.
Buffalo Bills 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 2, Pick 35: T.J. Parker (EDGE, Clemson)
- Round 2, Pick 62: Davison Igbinosun (CB, Ohio State)
- Round 4, Pick 102: Jude Bowry (OT, Boston College)
- Round 4, Pick 125: Skyler Bell (WR, UConn)
- Round 4, Pick 126: Kaleb Elarms-Orr (LB, TCU)
- Round 5, Pick 167: Jalon Kilgore (S, South Carolina)
- Round 5, Pick 181: Zane Durant (DT, Penn State)
- Round 7, Pick 220: Toriano Pride Jr. (CB, Missouri)
- Round 7, Pick 239: Tommy Doman (P, Florida)
- Round 7, Pick 241: Ar’Maj Reed-Adams (G, Texas A&M)
Draft Grade: B
The Bills got some value with Parker and Bell. Parker didn’t have the best 2025, but his 2024 numbers were fantastic. The Bills have had issues developing edge rushers over the years, so we’ll see if Parker is different. In the second round, they reached out to Igbinosun, but he has extensive college experience, having started 53 games.
Bowry will step in as a swing tackle for them, similar to the role Ty Nsekhe played in years past. My favorite pick was Bell out of UConn. He’s physical, can play inside and outside, and is fast with 4.4 40-yard dash speed. I like the swing on Pride Jr. as a slot guy with 4.32 speed.
Carolina Panthers 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 19: Monroe Freeling (OT, Georgia)
- Round 2, Pick 49: Lee Hunter (DL, Texas Tech)
- Round 3, Pick 83: Chris Brazzell II (WR, Tennessee)
- Round 4, Pick 129: Will Lee III (CB, Texas A&M)
- Round 5, Pick 144: Sam Hecht (IOL, Kansas State)
- Round 5, Pick 151: Zakee Wheatley (S, Penn State)
- Round 7, Pick 227: Jackson Kuwatch (LB, Miami (OH))
Draft Grade: B+
The Panthers had a great draft. They took Freeling, who needs a bit of development, but is a left tackle of the future with Ike Ekwonu’s injury concerns. After that, they took a nose tackle in Hunter to shore up their run defense. Then, at No. 83, which I thought was a value, they got Brazzell II. This receiving room is massive, as Brazzell is 6’4” and has 4.37 40-yard dash speed. He’ll look to challenge Xavier Legette for snaps as an outside receiver.
Looking over the rest of the draft, the Panthers addressed center with Hecht, and took a long corner who can press in Lee III.
Brazzell II has a bit more to him than typical Tennessee speed receivers, so that helps push this grade to an A for me. In the meantime, he’ll be the go-to home run threat.
Chicago Bears 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 25: Dillon Thieneman (S, Oregon)
- Round 2, Pick 57: Logan Jones (IOL, Iowa)
- Round 3, Pick 69: Sam Roush (TE, Stanford)
- Round 3, Pick 89: Zavion Thomas (WR, LSU)
- Round 4, Pick 124: Malik Muhammad (CB, Texas)
- Round 4, Pick 166: Keyshaun Elliott (LB, Arizona State)
- Round 6, Pick 213: Jordan van den Berg (DL, Georgia Tech)
Draft Grade: B
I liked the first three picks for the Bears a lot. Thieneman at No. 25 was a no-brainer. He’ll play all over that secondary and be a special weapon for them. Jones is a gritty, tough center who will eventually take over for Garrett Bradbury and Roush. While it may seem high at No. 69, he is an excellent blocker, and his athleticism is certainly intriguing with Cole Kmet’s contract up after 2027.
I’m not really into Thomas, especially at No. 89 overall, but I know Ben Johnson loves his gadget-type receivers.
Cincinnati Bengals 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 2, Pick 41: Cashius Howell (EDGE, Texas A&M)
- Round 3, Pick 72: Tacario Davis (CB, Washington)
- Round 4, Pick 128: Connor Lew (IOL, Auburn)
- Round 4, Pick 140: Colbie Young (WR, Georgia)
- Round 6, Pick 189: Brian Parker II (G, Duke)
- Round 7, Pick 221: Jack Endries (TE, Texas)
- Round 7, Pick 226: Landon Robinson (DT, Navy)
Draft Grade: B-
The Bengals added more help at pass rusher after losing Trey Hendrickson with Howell. He has shorter arms than Rueben Bain Jr., but he was productive in the SEC. Davis at No. 72 was a bit early, but he’s a massive cornerback at nearly 6’4”. Lew was a nice value at No. 128 to replace Ted Karras when he calls it quits.
Cleveland Browns 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 9: Spencer Fano (OT, Utah)
- Round 1, Pick 24: KC Concepcion (WR, Texas A&M)
- Round 2, Pick 39: Denzel Boston (WR, Washington)
- Round 2, Pick 58: Emmanuel McNeil-Warren (S, Toledo)
- Round 3, Pick 86: Austin Barber (OT, Florida)
- Round 5, Pick 146: Parker Brailsford (IOL, Alabama)
- Round 5, Pick 149: Justin Jefferson (LB, Alabama)
- Round 5, Pick 170: Joe Royer (TE, Cincinnati)
- Round 6, Pick 182: Taylen Green (QB, Arkansas)
- Round 7, Pick 248: Carsen Ryan (TE, BYU)
Draft Grade: A
So much value for the Browns. They traded back from No. 6 to No. 9 and still got a versatile offensive lineman in Fano. They then added Concepcion with their other first-round pick, who’s a man-coverage beater and can separate. I also love that they added Boston to go opposite Concepcion as a big-bodied contested-catch receiver.
Also, getting McNeil-Warren at No. 58 is incredible value. He may be more of a box guy, but he’ll hit and be productive in the run game. Then, in the sixth round, they took one of the best athletes the combine has seen with Green. Again, so much value.
Dallas Cowboys 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 11: Caleb Downs (S, Ohio State)
- Round 1, Pick 23: Malachi Lawrence (EDGE, UCF)
- Round 3, Pick 92: Jaishawn Barham (EDGE, Michigan)
- Round 4, Pick 112: Drew Shelton (OT, Penn State)
- Round 4, Pick 114: Devin Moore (CB, Florida)
- Round 4, Pick 137: LT Overton (DL, Alabama)
- Round 7, Pick 218: Anthony Smith (WR, East Carolina)
Draft Grade: A
Getting Downs at No. 11 alone makes this grade an A. He’ll come in and become an All-Pro at the position. At No. 23, Lawrence is a bit of a reach depending on who you ask, but there aren’t many players with his athletic profile out there. Lawrence will be their go-to guy on passing downs, and in the third round, they took Barham to play the run. Shelton is also a fairly athletic lineman who’s more than likely a guard at the next level.
Denver Broncos 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 3, Pick 66: Tyler Onyedim (DT, Texas A&M)
- Round 4, Pick 108: Jonah Coleman (RB, Washington)
- Round 4, Pick 111: Kage Casey (IOL, Boise State)
- Round 5, Pick 152: Justin Joly (TE, NC State)
- Round 7, Pick 246: Miles Scott (S, Illinois)
- Round 7, Pick 256: Dallen Bentley (TE, Utah)
- Round 7, Pick 257: Red Murdock (LB, Buffalo)
Draft Grade: C
The Broncos didn’t pick until the third round after trading their first-round pick for Jaylen Waddle and trading out of the second round.
Onyedim will aim to help fill the void left by Jonathan Franklin-Myers, and the addition of Coleman, more of a thumper in the running game, will have a limited role early, but will take over for J.K. Dobbins in his role in this offense when the Broncos eventually part ways with him.
Casey will kick inside to guard, and they also took a chance on two tight ends in Joly and Bentley. Bentley caught 48 passes for Utah last year.
Finally, with Mr. Irrelevant they took Murdock, a guy who’s just going to hit people. He recorded 17 forced fumbles over his college career with Buffalo.
Detroit Lions 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 17: Blake Miller (OT, Clemson)
- Round 2, Pick 44: Derrick Moore (EDGE, Michigan)
- Round 4, Pick 118: Jimmy Rolder (LB, Michigan)
- Round 5, Pick 157: Keith Abney II (CB, Arizona State)
- Round 5, Pick 168: Kendrick Law (WR, Kentucky)
- Round 6, Pick 205: Skyler Gill-Howard (DT, Texas Tech)
- Round 7, Pick 222: Tyre West (EDGE, Tennessee)
Draft Grade: B
This draft class was littered with culture fits for the Lions. Miller is an iron man, Moore is violent, Rolder is tough, and Abney II, a guy who I thought could’ve been an early second-round pick, will come in, play nickel, and can tackle.
This was a great draft class for the Lions.
Green Bay Packers 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 2, Pick 52: Brandon Cisse (CB, South Carolina)
- Round 3, Pick 77: Chris McClellan (DL, Missouri)
- Round 4, Pick 120: Dani Dennis-Sutton (EDGE, Penn State)
- Round 5, Pick 153: Jager Burton (IOL, Kentucky)
- Round 6, Pick 201: Domani Jackson (CB, Alabama)
- Round 6, Pick 216: Trey Smack (PK, Florida)
Draft Grade: B
The Packers used their first pick in the draft at No. 52 overall to take one of the younger players in the class in Cisse. He’s another cornerback that could’ve been a back-end of Round 1 player, but he slid a bit because there is still a bit of work to do to maximize his skill set.
In the second round, McClellan will come in and play nose tackle for them, a position they needed to address.
Taking Dennis-Sutton at No. 120 is a nice value, too. He recorded 8.5 sacks in each of the last two seasons and tested well.
Houston Texans 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 26: Keylan Rutledge (IOL, Georgia Tech)
- Round 2, Pick 36: Kayden McDonald (DL, Ohio State)
- Round 2, Pick 59: Marlin Klein (TE, Michigan)
- Round 4, Pick 106: Febechi Nwaiwu (IOL, Oklahoma)
- Round 4, Pick 123: Wade Woodaz (LB, Clemson)
- Round 5, Pick 141: Kamari Ramsey (S, USC)
- Round 6, Pick 204: Lewis Bond (WR, Boston College)
- Round 7, Pick 243: Aiden Fisher (LB, Indiana)
Draft Grade: B
The Texans took an (expletive)-beater in Rutledge at No. 26. While this may have been a bit earlier than expected, they need a player like him on their offensive line. He’ll start at guard in Week 1. Then, in the second, they got a phenomenal defensive tackle in McDonald, who will play the run extremely well and also attract attention from opposing interior offensive lines, and let the edge rushers fly around.
Klein is more of a project and was certainly head-scratching based on other players available. As for Nwaiwu, he can play throughout the interior of the offensive line, and I wonder if he may take snaps at center, especially with Jake Andrews only under contract for another year.
Indianapolis Colts 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 2, Pick 53: CJ Allen (LB, Georgia)
- Round 3, Pick 78: A.J. Haulcy (S, LSU)
- Round 4, Pick 113: Jalen Farmer (IOL, Kentucky)
- Round 4, Pick 135: Bryce Boettcher (LB, Oregon)
- Round 5, Pick 156: George Gumbs Jr. (EDGE, Florida)
- Round 6, Pick 214: Caden Curry (EDGE, Ohio State)
- Round 7, Pick 237: Seth McGowan (RB, Kentucky)
- Round 7, Pick 254: Deion Burks (WR, Oklahoma)
Draft Grade: A
I really like this draft class. Allen was a borderline first-round talent, and he’ll immediately come in and be a leader of this defense, something the Colts desperately needed. They also added Haulcy, a box safety to replace Nick Cross. In the fourth round, they added some interior depth with Farmer and Boettcher, a player who will play sideline to sideline after playing center field for the Ducks’ baseball team.
I loved the seventh-round picks. McGowan has some previous off-the-field issues, but he’ll be a fine backup to Jonathan Taylor.
Then there’s Burks. I’ll be curious to see what made him fall. His measureables are certainly in outlier territory, but his athleticism and explosiveness are fantastic. He’ll challenge Nick Westbrook-Ikhine for outside receiver snaps.
Jacksonville Jaguars 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 2, Pick 56: Nate Boerkircher (TE, Texas A&M)
- Round 3, Pick 81: Albert Regis (DL, Texas A&M)
- Round 3, Pick 88: Emmanuel Pregnon (IOL, Oregon)
- Round 3, Pick 100: Jalen Huskey (S, Maryland)
- Round 4, Pick 119: Wesley Williams (EDGE, Duke)
- Round 5, Pick 164: Tanner Koziol (TE, Houston)
- Round 6, Pick 191: Josh Cameron (WR, Baylor)
- Round 6, Pick 203: CJ Williams (WR, Stanford)
- Round 7, Pick 233: Zach Durfee (EDGE, Washington)
- Round 7, Pick 240: Parker Hughes (LB, Middle Tennessee)
Draft Grade: D+
This is the draft that’s catching a lot of attention, and understandably so.
Their first pick was Boerkircher, a guy who the consensus board had at No. 163. That said, considering the run on tight ends after him, the Jaguars may not have been able to get him. He’s an interesting prospect in that he’ll block extremely well, and he has pass-catching ability despite his severe lack of production in college. He’ll be a good player, but No. 56 overall is high.
From there, they took Regis, who’s more of a run-stuffer as opposed to a pass-rushing interior defensive lineman.
I do love the Pregnon pick, though. I thought he’d go much earlier. He can move bodies and is easily their best draft pick.
I won’t give this an F because of Pregnon, but there was a miscalculation on player value for sure.
Kansas City Chiefs 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 6: Mansoor Delane (CB, LSU)
- Round 1, Pick 29: Peter Woods (DL, Clemson)
- Round 2, Pick 40: R Mason Thomas (EDGE, Oklahoma)
- Round 5, Pick 109: Jadon Canady (CB, Oregon)
- Round 5, Pick 161: Emmett Johnson (RB, Nebraska)
- Round 5, Pick 176: Cyrus Allen (WR, Cincinnati)
- Round 7, Pick 249: Garrett Nussmeier (QB, LSU)
Draft Grade: B+
The Chiefs gave up a third-round pick to move up to No. 6 overall to get Delane. He was super productive in the SEC, and the Chiefs needed a guy after losing Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson. It makes sense to give up a third-rounder to get him, especially if they thought the Commanders or Saints would take him.
After Delane, they had two more picks in the first two rounds before not selecting again until Round 5.
Woods is a polarizing player. If the Chiefs get the 2024 version, this is a home run. However, if they get the 2025 version, it’ll leave a bit to be desired.
The Thomas pick is fascinating because defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo typically likes big-bodied edge rushers, whereas Thomas is more of an undersized designated pass rusher.
Moving to Day 3, Canady is smaller, but he will play the slot effectively. Johnson isn’t a super-fast back (4.56 40-yard dash), but he has good instincts and was productive.
Finally, getting Nussmeier in the seventh round is a nice pick-up. He’ll beat out Jake Haener and Chris Oladokun for QB3 and play behind Patrick Mahomes and Justin Fields.
Las Vegas Raiders 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 1: Fernando Mendoza (QB, Indiana)
- Round 2, Pick 38: Treydan Stukes (S, Arizona)
- Round 3, Pick 67: Keyron Crawford (EDGE, Auburn)
- Round 3, Pick 91: Trey Zuhn III (IOL, Texas A&M)
- Round 4, Pick 101: Jermod McCoy (CB, Tennessee)
- Round 4, Pick 122: Mike Washington Jr. (RB, Arkansas)
- Round 5, Pick 150: Dalton Johnson (S, Arizona)
- Round 5, Pick 175: Hezekiah Masses (CB, California)
- Round 6, Pick 195: Malik Benson (WR, Oregon)
- Round 7, Pick 229: Brandon Cleveland (DT, NC State)
Draft Grade: A
I would’ve liked to have seen them address receiver much earlier, especially having a chance to draft someone like Boston, but they did add a nice weapon later in Benson.
Of course, they got Mendoza, but they also picked up a versatile safety in Stukes, and a toolsy edge rusher in Crawford.
The Zuhn III selection was great, as he can play all over the offensive line, and getting McCoy at No. 101 was mind-boggling. Even if his knee only holds up for one contract, you’re getting a top 10 talent.
Washington Jr. will be a nice, big, and fast back behind Ashton Jeanty, and Benson will be a quality vertical threat in this offense.
Los Angeles Chargers 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 22: Akheem Mesidor (EDGE, Miami)
- Round 2, Pick 63: Jake Slaughter (IOL, Florida)
- Round 4, Pick 105: Brenen Thompson (WR, Mississippi State)
- Round 4, Pick 117: Travis Burke (OT, Memphis)
- Round 4, Pick 131: Genesis Smith (S, Arizona)
- Round 5, Pick 145: Nick Barrett (DL, South Carolina)
- Round 6, Pick 202: Logan Taylor (G, Boston College)
- Round 6, Pick 206: Alex Harkey (G, Oregon)
Draft Grade: B-
The Chargers addressed the pass rusher in the first round with Mesidor. He’s an older prospect, but can win in many ways, and for a playoff-caliber team like the Chargers, getting a player who will come in and perform from Week 1 on is a no-brainer.
Slaughter was a curious selection, though, as he’s more than likely a center unless they plan to use him at other interior spots. Still, his movement ability will be nice for Mike McDaniel’s offense.
Thompson seemed like an obvious match in hindsight. He brings some elite speed (fastest 40-yard dash at the combine at 4.26) and will challenge Tre’ Harris for outside snaps.
I’ll also give a shoutout to Smith, who will be a ball-hawking safety for them.
Los Angeles Rams 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 13: Ty Simpson (QB, Alabama)
- Round 2, Pick 61: Max Klare (TE, Ohio State)
- Round 3, Pick 93: Keagen Trost (IOL, Missouri)
- Round 6, Pick 197: CJ Daniels (WR, Miami)
- Round 7, Pick 232: Tim Keenan III (DT, Alabama)
Draft Grade: B-
The Simpson pick will draw criticism, especially given how close this team is to winning a Super Bowl. However, I do understand there needs to be a balance and look toward the future. The Rams will not pick No. 13 again for quite some time. Now, you could wonder if maybe whatever quarterback prospect they could get at No. 27 overall next year or the year after would be better than Simpson, but I’m a believer in Simpson’s game. He had a rough back half of the 2025 season, but he’ll get to learn under two offensive masterminds in Matthew Stafford and Sean McVay.
Klare will also be a player who could contribute this season. He didn’t do much at Ohio State last year, but at Purdue, he showed he can be a great route runner and pass catcher when asked to. I do wonder, though, where he’ll factor in on this loaded tight end depth chart.
Trost is 25 years old, but will come in and be more than adequate as a guard for them. This all boils down to Simpson. We’ll see him on the field in a few years.
Miami Dolphins 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 12: Kadyn Proctor (OT, Alabama)
- Round 1, Pick 27: Chris Johnson (CB, San Diego State)
- Round 2, Pick 43: Jacob Rodriguez (LB, Texas Tech)
- Round 3, Pick 75: Caleb Douglas (WR, Texas Tech)
- Round 3, Pick 87: Will Kacmarek (TE, Ohio State)
- Round 3, Pick 94: Chris Bell (WR, Louisville)
- Round 4, Pick 130: Trey Moore (LB, Texas)
- Round 4, Pick 138: Kyle Louis (LB, Pittsburgh)
- Round 5, Pick 158: Michael Taaffe (S, Texas)
- Round 5, Pick 177: Kevin Coleman Jr. (WR, Missouri)
- Round 5, Pick 180: Seydou Traore (TE, Mississippi State)
- Round 6, Pick 200: DJ Campbell (G, Texas)
- Round 7, Pick 238: Max Llewellyn (EDGE, Iowa)
Draft Grade: A
The Dolphins had 13 picks, and they took two of my favorite players in Johnson and Bell. I can overlook the Caleb Douglas pick at No. 75 overall because they got Bell, but that was certainly a reach.
Proctor, I believe, will be a starting tackle in the NFL if the Dolphins can get his weight under control. Johnson was fantastic for San Diego State and is their immediate CB1.
Rodriguez was an ultra-productive player and will bring consistency to the position. Bell, to me, was a first-round pick if he didn’t tear his ACL in November. He’ll play outside, and he’s extremely explosive. I also like the pick of Louis at No. 138. They announced him as a linebacker, but he can be used in all sorts of ways.
This was a massive draft class for Miami.
Minnesota Vikings 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 18: Caleb Banks (DL, Florida)
- Round 2, Pick 51: Jake Golday (LB, Cincinnati)
- Round 3, Pick 82: Domonique Orange (DL, Iowa State)
- Round 3, Pick 97: Caleb Tiernan (OT, Northwestern)
- Round 3, Pick 98: Jakobe Thomas (S, Miami)
- Round 5, Pick 159: Max Bredeson (TE, Michigan)
- Round 5, Pick 163: Charles Demmings (CB, Stephen F. Austin)
- Round 6, Pick 198: Demond Clairborne (RB, Wake Forest)
- Round 7, Pick 235: Gavin Gerhardt (C, Cincinnati)
Draft Grade: B-
I’ve gone back and forth on this grade. Banks has the potential to be the best defensive tackle in this class, but given his injury history, especially being lower-body injuries and No. 18 overall, I question the value. That said, I like the selections of Golday, who used to be an edge rusher but is now an off-ball linebacker; Orange, who will be a solid nose tackle; and Tiernan, who’s going to be a valuable swing tackle who could play in the NFL for 15 years.
Thomas will be a fun player in Brian Flores’s scheme, given his attacking style.
New England Patriots 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 28: Caleb Lomu (OT, Utah)
- Round 2, Pick 55: Gabe Jacas (EDGE, Illinois)
- Round 3, Pick 95: Eli Raridon (TE, Notre Dame)
- Round 5, Pick 171: Karon Prunty (DB, Wake Forest)
- Round 6, Pick 196: Dametrious Crownover (OT, Texas A&M)
- Round 6, Pick 212: Namdi Obiazor (LB, TCU)
- Round 7, Pick 234: Behren Morton (QB, Texas Tech)
- Round 7, Pick 245: Jam Miller (RB, Alabama)
- Round 7, Pick 247: Quintayvious Hutchins (EDGE, Boston College)
Draft Grade: B+
The Patriots traded up to get Lomu, and while it may seem redundant considering they have Will Campbell on the left side, I’m sure they can work something out. He’ll likely “redshirt” this season for the most part as he gets stronger, but he’ll be a quality offensive lineman for them. They also took Jacas, a former wrestler, who has a bunch of pass-rushing moves and can win in multiple ways. I also don’t mind the Raridon pick. He can block and has some speed.
I’ll also point out Crownover, a massive tackle prospect, who will likely be a swing tackle.
New Orleans Saints 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 8: Jordyn Tyson (WR, Arizona State)
- Round 2, Pick 42: Christen Miller (DL, Georgia)
- Round 3, Pick 73: Oscar Delp (TE, Georgia)
- Round 4, Pick 132: Jeremiah Wright (IOL, Auburn)
- Round 4, Pick 136: Bryce Lance (WR, North Dakota State)
- Round 5, Pick 172: Lorenzo Styles Jr. (CB, Ohio State)
- Round 6, Pick 190: Barion Brown (WR, LSU)
- Round 7, Pick 219: TJ Hall (CB, Iowa)
Draft Grade: B
If Tyson pans out and the injuries don’t come back to haunt him, this draft class will be a home run. He moves better than anyone in the class and can make all sorts of catches, but the injury history is certainly concerning. If he pans out, though, he’ll be a WR1. Miller is a quality run defender, and if he can develop more as a pass rusher, that’ll be a massive win. I also like the addition of Delp for their 2 TE sets. Delp didn’t do much as a receiver at Georgia, but I believe he can manage it.
I also like the addition of Lance. He’s likely their WR4 right out of their gate and will be a home run threat.
New York Giants 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 5: Arvell Reese (EDGE, Ohio State)
- Round 1, Pick 10: Francis Mauigoa (OT, Miami)
- Round 2, Pick 37: Colton Hood (CB, Tennessee)
- Round 3, Pick 74: Malachi Fields (WR, Notre Dame)
- Round 6, Pick 186: Bobby Jamison-Travis (DL, Auburn)
- Round 6, Pick 192: J.C. Davis (OT, Illinois)
- Round 6, Pick 193: Jack Kelly (LB, BYU)
Draft Grade: A
It’s hard to argue against getting Reese at No. 5. We’ll see how the Giants deploy him, but his upside is Micah Parsons-like. They then added Mauigoa as their right tackle of the future, but he can slide into a guard spot right away.
Hood is a bit of a project at corner, but he’ll play press coverage well.
They could’ve used a receiver a bit sooner, but they ended up with Fields at No. 74 overall. He’s 6’ 4.5”, and his draft stock took a bit of a hit due to his 4.61 40-yard dash. That said, he’ll be a serviceable outside option opposite Malik Nabers.
New York Jets 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 2: David Bailey (EDGE, Texas Tech)
- Round 1, Pick 16: Kenyon Sadiq (TE, Oregon)
- Round 1, Pick 30: Omar Cooper Jr. (WR, Indiana)
- Round 2, Pick 50: D’Angelo Ponds (CB, Indiana)
- Round 4, Pick 103: Darrell Jackson Jr. (DL, Florida State)
- Round 4, Pick 110: Cade Klubnik (QB, Clemson)
- Round 6, Pick 188: Anez Cooper (G, Miami)
- Round 7, Pick 228: VJ Payne (S, Kansas State)
Draft Grade: A
I know, it’s the Jets, but this is a home run draft. The Bailey vs. Reese debate will rage on, but this is a coaching staff and front office that need results to keep their jobs, and Bailey will come in right away and deliver production after delivering 14.5 sacks for Texas Tech last season.
They also picked up the oh-so explosive Sadiq and traded back into the first round to get a receiver in Cooper Jr. that’ll make tough catches over the middle of the field and rack up the YAC.
At No. 50, they took, as many of you have likely seen, an Aaron Glenn clone in Ponds. He’ll play the slot right away.
I won’t knock the quarterback selection of Klubnik either, as he competes to be QB2 behind Geno Smith.
Their final two picks were a decent guard and a thumping safety.
Philadelphia Eagles 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 20: Makai Lemon (WR, USC)
- Round 2, Pick 54: Eli Stowers (TE, Vanderbilt)
- Round 3, Pick 68: Markel Bell (OT, Miami)
- Round 5, Pick 178: Cole Payton (QB, North Dakota State)
- Round 6, Pick 207: Micah Morris (G, Georgia)
- Round 7, Pick 244: Cole Wisniewski (S, Texas Tech)
- Round 7, Pick 251: Uar Bernard (DT, Nigeria)
- Round 7, Pick 252: Keyshawn James-Newby (EDGE, New Mexico)
Draft Grade: B
Lemon is my favorite receiver in the class, so that was an immediate plus, but I’ll be curious to see how his play style gels with Jalen Hurts, who likes to throw the ball downfield more so than delivering passes over the middle of the field to allow his receivers to rack up yards after the catch.
Stowers and Bell are mega-intriguing, but definitely a gamble. Stowers is a bit undersized for a typical tight end, but his uber-athleticism is certainly appealing. Still, he’s relatively new to tight end as a converted quarterback.
As for Bell, the dude is over 6’9” and just doesn’t move all too well, especially against speed rushers, and understandably so. There’s still more development to be had.
I like the chance on Payton at No. 178. He’s only started one season of FCS football, but he has had a high completion percentage, can throw the ball downfield, and is mobile. He’s a good backup for Hurts.
They also took a chance on International Pathway Program player Bernard, who’s north of 300 pounds and ran a 4.63 40-yard dash. Boom or bust draft class.
Pittsburgh Steelers 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 21: Max Iheanachor (OT, Arizona State)
- Round 2, Pick 47: Germie Bernard (WR, Alabama)
- Round 3, Pick 76: Drew Allar (QB, Penn State)
- Round 3, Pick 85: Daylen Everette (CB, Georgia)
- Round 3, Pick 96: Gennings Dunker (IOL, Iowa)
- Round 4, Pick 121: Kaden Wetjen (WR, Iowa)
- Round 5, Pick 169: Riley Nowakowski (TE, Indiana)
- Round 6, Pick 210: Gabriel Rubio (DT, Notre Dame)
- Round 7, Pick 224: Robert Spears-Jennings (S, Oklahoma)
- Round 7, Pick 230: Eli Heidenreich (RB, Navy)
Draft Grade: B+
Rodgers will likely be back, but he has a short shelf life, so looking at this draft class partially through that lens, there are some question marks.
Iheanachor is still a bit of a project, but if he can get on the field and play right tackle out of training camp and allow Troy Fautanu to move to left tackle, that’s a massive win.
Adding Bernard was great. He’s your prototypical “good at everything, but no elite traits” receiver. He’ll run all of his routes extremely well and be in the right spots. I’m a big fan of Allar, too. The offense he played in at Penn State didn’t do him any favors, and he’s coming off an injury.
Dunker will be able to come in and play guard right away, Wetjen will return kicks, Nowakowski screams “Steeler,” and Heidenreich is a Swiss Army knife.
There are some win-now moves here, but the top pick is for the future, along with Allar.
San Francisco 49ers 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 2, Pick 33: De’Zhaun Stribling (WR, Ole Miss)
- Round 3, Pick 70: Romello Height (EDGE, Texas Tech)
- Round 3, Pick 90: Kaelon Black (RB, Indiana)
- Round 4, Pick 107: Gracen Halton (DL, Oklahoma)
- Round 4, Pick 127: Carver Willis (OT, Washington)
- Round 4, Pick 139: Ephesians Prysock (CB, Washington)
- Round 5, Pick 154: Jaden Dugger (LB, Louisiana)
- Round 5, Pick 179: Enrique Cruz Jr. (OT, Kansas)
Draft Grade: D
The 49ers had the first pick in the second round and took Stribling. I see the traits, and I get it, but there were other, more ready-made options, such as Boston, available. Out of the gate, Stribling will block well and will be a vertical threat, but his route-running needs work.
The addition of Height was nice, though. The 49ers were dead last in sacks last season. Height is a bit undersized, but he has a lot of pass-rushing moves. He’ll be a designated pass rusher.
They then took Black, who wasn’t invited to the combine. He runs hard, but he’ll be a backup to McCaffrey. I like that they added some pass rush, but Stribling and Black were a bit head-scratching.
Seattle Seahawks 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 32: Jadarian Price (RB, Notre Dame)
- Round 2, Pick 64: Bud Clark (S, TCU)
- Round 3, Pick 99: Julian Neal (CB, Arkansas)
- Round 5, Pick 148: Beau Stephens (IOL, Iowa)
- Round 6, Pick 199: Emmanuel Henderson Jr. (WR, Kansas)
- Round 7, Pick 236: Andre Fuller (CB, Toledo)
- Round 7, Pick 242: Deven Eastern (DT, Minnesota)
- Round 7, Pick 255: Michael Dansby (CB, Arizona)
Draft Grade: B-
The Seahawks more than likely tried to trade back from No. 32, but after they couldn’t, they just stood pat and took their running back to replace Kenneth Walker III. Is it a good value? Not really, but they wouldn’t have gotten him at No. 64, so I get it. This is also a running back class that, if you’re looking for a starter, it was just Love and Price.
In the second round, they added Clark, who’s versatile in coverage. Neal is a Seahawks-type of corner: big-bodied and physical.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 15: Rueben Bain Jr. (EDGE, Miami)
- Round 2, Pick 46: Josiah Trotter (LB, Missouri)
- Round 3, Pick 84: Ted Hurst (WR, Georgia State)
- Round 4, Pick 116: Keionte Scott (CB, Miami)
- Round 5, Pick 155: DeMonte Kapehart (DL, Clemson)
- Round 5, Pick 160: Billy Schrauth (G, Notre Dame)
- Round 6, Pick 185: Bauer Sharp (TE, LSU)
Draft Grade: A
The Buccaneers stayed at No. 15 and got one of the best edge rushers in the class with Bain Jr. There’s a lot of talk about his small arms, but he’s violent and, I’ll say it now: he’ll lead the team in sacks this season.
Trotter will also come in and add production as a blitzer, and Hurst is a bit of a project coming from Georgia State, but if the goal is to replace Mike Evans, his body type is a good place to start. I also like picking up Scott. He’s older at 24, but will deliver hits.
Tennessee Titans 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 4: Carnell Tate (WR, Ohio State)
- Round 1, Pick 31: Keldic Faulk (EDGE, Auburn)
- Round 2, Pick 60: Anthony Hill Jr. (EDGE, Texas)
- Round 5, Pick 142: Fernando Carmona (IOL, Arkansas)
- Round 5, Pick 165: Nicholas Singleton (RB, Penn State)
- Round 6, Pick 184: Jackie Marshall (DL, Baylor)
- Round 6, Pick 194: Pat Coogan (C, Indiana)
- Round 7, Pick 225: Jaren Kanak (TE, Oklahoma)
Draft Grade: B
Tate will likely never be a true WR1, but he’ll come in Week 1 and be a go-to outside option for Cam Ward, who will execute all of the rights and catch everything. The Titans then picked up Faulk, a big edge rusher who’s young but still needs work on his pass-rushing skills. He’ll play the run well right away, though.
I’ll also just assume Robert Saleh can turn any linebacker into being productive, and Hill Jr. will be the latest project. Taking a swing on Singleton to back up Tony Pollard will also pay off, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him carve out a bigger role.
Washington Commanders 2026 NFL Draft Results & Futures Odds
- Round 1, Pick 7: Sonny Styles (LB, Ohio State)
- Round 3, Pick 71: Antonio Williams (WR, Clemson)
- Round 5, Pick 147: Joshua Josephs (EDGE, Tennessee)
- Round 6, Pick 187: Kaytron Allen (RB, Penn State)
- Round 6, Pick 209: Matt Gulbin (C, Michigan State)
- Round 7, Pick 223: Athan Kaliakmanis (QB, Rutgers)
Draft Grade: A
The Commanders and Dan Quinn get one of the best linebacker prospects in recent memory in styles and wait 64 picks to take a receiver in Williams, who can play out of the slot right away, and I’d be curious to see how he does as an outside guy. He’ll be a reliable option who can run all kinds of routes for Jayden Daniels.
Josephs needs time to develop, but Quinn will have a lot to work with as Josephs brings an 80-plus inch wingspan. They also took Allen at No. 187, and they needed to upgrade the running back room. Allen isn’t all too explosive, but he’ll be valuable on first and second down.
