After an exciting regular season, we’re finally set for the 2026 edition of the WNBA Playoffs. The festivities begin with a four-game all-day slate Sunday that tips off at 2:00 p.m. ET.
The postseason always presents an interesting dichotomy with respect to prop betting, as the caliber of competition is naturally high, but so is the effort on the part of every player on the floor. There’s also a full-season sample of performance to evaluate and multiple matchups against the series opponent, providing plenty of research material.
Without further ado, let’s dive into a trio of player props to consider for tonight’s action. Be sure to also check out our daily WNBA betting trends page for odds, data and insights of every game.

- Shakira Austin Over 28.5 Points + Rebounds
Jonquel Jones (Liberty vs. Lynx) To Record A Double-Double
Jones does carry a questionable tag for Sunday’s playoff-opening matinee due to an ankle injury, but the talented center noted Saturday she was feeling good and expected to play. With three full days of rest since suffering the injury, Jones should have a good chance of being close to 100 percent if she is cleared to take the floor, and the prop we’re focusing on is one she’s proven amply capable of cashing over the course of the regular season.
That includes against this same Lynx squad, who Jones went 3-0 to this prop against while averaging 15.7 points and 12.3 rebounds across 32.0 minutes per contest while shooting 47.4%, including 45.5% from behind the arc. Jones managed double-digit rebounds in 20 of 43 games overall during the season, along with 19 double-doubles. Meanwhile, the Lynx finished the campaign allowing the seventh-most rebounds per game to centers (9.3), along with 50.2% shooting to the position.
Then, given Jones’ outstanding floor-spacing skills, it’s also worth noting the Lynx actually surrendered a markedly higher success rate from three at home (34.5%) than on the road (31.2%), furthering strengthening the chances of this prop hitting.

Kelsey Mitchell (Fever vs. Aces) Over Points
Mitchell finished the regular season having averaged a career-high 24.7 points per contest, good for second in the league behind only the Aces’ A’ja Wilson. The Fever’s dynamic guard got it done with the help of a career-high 50.9%, including 45.0% from three-point range. With those types of numbers, it’s no surprise to learn Mitchell was about as sharp on the road as she was at home, posting 24.5 points per game on 48.3% shooting, including 45.0% from behind the arc, in 22 away games.
Mitchell averaged a career-high 22.0 field-goal + free-throw attempts during the regular season, and she should naturally be similarly busy to kick off the Fever’s postseason run. The veteran sharpshooter went 3-0 to the Over on this prop against the Aces this past season as well, striking for tallies of 28, 27 and 27 points and shooting 48.1%, including 38.1% from distance.
Las Vegas was generally tough against guards, but Mitchell cashed this prop in exactly half her 44 games this season and retains a strong chance of doing so again Sunday with the volume she should see.

Shakira Austin (Mystics vs. Dream) Over Points + Rebounds
Austin is coming off an outstanding regular season that saw her post career highs in both points (17.0) and rebounds (9.5) while shooting a crisp 48.3%. The veteran finished the campaign in even better form, putting up 29.3 points + rebounds on 54.8% shooting over the seven games leading into the regular-season finale, when she played just 23 minutes against the Sky and still quickly collected 18 points + rebounds.
Austin was very effective in two of her three meetings against the Dream during the regular season as well, recording points + rebounds tallies of 30 and 32 while shooting an elite 64.0% in those contests. The success in the post against Atlanta isn’t surprising, considering the Dream surrendered the second-most points (17.9) and sixth-most rebounds (9.4) per game to centers during the season, along with the third-highest shooting percentage to the position (52.8%).
Additionally, the Dream facilitated the fifth-most free-throw attempts per game to fives (4.2), while Austin shot a career-best 72.5% from the line this past regular season on a career-high 6.1 free-throw attempts per game.
