BBest WNBA Friday Player Props
- Paige Bueckers Over 27.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
- Kayla Thornton Over 12.5 Points + Rebounds
Paige Bueckers Over Points + Rebounds + Assists
Bueckers let us down Wednesday with a highly atypical poor shooting night, but we’re going right back to the well with the talented second-year guard in Friday’s do-or-die battle. Buecker’s 10-point showing on 3-for-13 shooting tied for her second-lowest scoring tally since the start of the regular season, and it came on the heels of her putting up between 15 and 21 points in her first four 2026 meetings with the Valkyries.
Bueckers did contribute four rebounds and four assists in Wednesday’s win, and chances are she sees a notable improvement in her offensive contributions Friday after she shot 9-for-10 from the floor against Golden State in Game 1. She’d also drained 44.2% of her attempts in her three regular-season games against the Valkyries – certainly not a standout figure, but still exponentially better than the 23.1% she managed in Game 2.
Prior to Wednesday’s clunker, Bueckers had averaged 33.1 points + rebounds + assists across 30.4 minutes per game in her prior 11 contests, so there’s no question this prop is within her reach if she even simply ascends back to her regular-season shooting mean against Golden State.

Kayla Thornton Over Points + Rebounds
Gabby Williams stole the show for the Valkyries in Game 2 with a 36-point eruption that was also accompanied by seven assists and six rebounds, but her props are unsurprisingly elevated as a result Friday. However, when we turn to the Valkyries’ other starting forward in Thornton, we find a very reasonable points + rebounds figure at palatable odds.
Thornton has had a solid showing over the first two games of the series as a complementary source of offense and boards, averaging 17.0 points + rebounds per contest while shooting 57.1%, including 62.5% from behind the arc. The productive performances follow another pair of useful stat lines on the part of Thornton against the Wings in the regular season, two games over which she averaged 20.0 points + rebounds while draining 45.5% of her shots from distance.
Then, Dallas’ struggles containing forwards date back to the regular season, as the Wings conceded the fifth-most points (28.1) and fourth-most rebounds (14.4) per game to the position during the campaign. The Wings have also surrendered the second-highest shooting percentage overall on the road since the start of the regular season (47.9%), including a WNBA-high 37.1% from three-point range.
