We’re down to a two-game slate on the penultimate night of the regular season, one headlined by a Dream-Liberty rematch in the Big Apple and an appearance by the Wings in Seattle to close out the night.

Jonquel Jones (Liberty vs. Dream) Over Points + Rebounds
Jones makes a third straight appearance in this space, with Wednesday’s partly fueled by her stellar numbers in this very same matchup on Monday. Jones finished with 30 points + rebounds across 35 minutes in New York’s 95-84 loss, going 7-for-13 from the floor in the process. Jones has averaged 23.5 points + rebounds over her last six games overall, a sample where she’s shot 43.3% from behind the arc.
Following Monday’s showing, Jones is now averaging 28 points + rebounds on 57.1% shooting, including 46.2% from three-point range, in two games against Atlanta this season. The Dream is now allowing the third-most points (17.6) and third-highest shooting percentage (53.0) to centers, along with WNBA-high 44.0% shooting from behind the arc. Jones’ prop has also come down from 23.5, furthering her case.

Dominique Malonga (Storm vs. Wings) Over Points + Rebounds
The Storm is a big underdog Wednesday against the Wings, but Malonga has been a bright spot for Seattle in a largely disappointing season. The second-year center has enjoyed a breakout campaign where she’s averaged 25.6 points + rebounds across 26.2 minutes per game while shooting a crisp 48.3%. Malonga has had a couple of atypical single-digit scoring tallies recently, but she’s still delivering 27.0 points + rebounds acrsso her last 11 contests.
Malonga recorded 49 points + rebounds over 38 minutes in her one meeting with the Wings this season in which foul trouble wasn’t a factor, as she was limited to 20 minutes for that reason in the second game between the teams and yet still provided 17 points + rebounds in that span. Dallas is also conceding the second-highest shooting percentage to centers (53.7%), and Malonga is averaging 27.8 points + rebounds across 27.9 minutes per home game this season.

Paige Bueckers (Wings at Storm) Over Rebounds
There’s always a bit of concern playing Overs this late in the season on key players on playoff teams that are big favorites, but there’s a way to navigate some of that risk when it comes to Bueckers. Specifically, that involves bypassing the more common categories we associate with her and instead focusing on her rebounds, which are a solid complementary component of her production.
Bueckers draws an appealing matchup in that regard Wednesday, as the Wings are surrendering a WNBA-high 13.3 rebounds per game to guards. Part of the reason is there typically plenty of missed shots when Sseattle is on the floor, as the Storm has surrendered the third-lowest shooting percentage of any team on its home court (42.9%). Seattle is also yielding a robust 75.6% defensive rebounding rate at home, and Bueckers is averaging 4.4 rebounds over her last seven contests while pulling down four or more rebounds in 23 of 41 games thus far this season.
