The WNBA lays claim to its share of sports bettors’ attention Sunday with a big all-day five-game slate. The day’s action tips off at 1:00 p.m. ET, and the highlight of the ledger is a Mystics-Fever mid-afternoon showdown.

Jonquel Jones (Liberty vs. Tempo) Over Points + Rebounds

Jones got post-FIBA play off to a rousing start, contributing an 18-point, 10-rebound double-double Friday night in a showdown against the Lynx. The veteran center’s average of 14.7 points per game is her best since the 2021 season, and she’s shooting a blistering 39.5% from three-point range.

Jones is averaging 24.4 points + rebounds while shooting 51.6% in the 12 games she’s played since Aug. 1, and she already has one 22-point, 17-rebound double-double against the Tempo in two meetings this season. Jones also posted a 10-point, 10-rebound tally versus Toronto in the second game, but she took only eight shot attempts in that contest. The Tempo also checks in allowing the second-most points per game (17.5) and WNBA-high 55.7% shooting to centers, buttressing Jones’ case.

Kiki Iriafen (Mystics at Fever) Over Points + Rebounds

Iriafen is enjoying an impressive second season in which she’s improved her metrics in multiple categories, including a 2.5% improvement in overall field-goal percentage (51.3). The talented forward has been even better down the stretch run of the regular season, averaging 29.0 points + rebounds across 28.9 minutes per game on 57.8% shooting across her last eight contests.

Iriafen has one non-injury shortened game against the Fever this season, and she delivered an outstanding 25-point, 13-rebound double-double while going 11-for-17 from the floor. That tracks with Indiana’s vulnerabilities this season, as the Fever is surrendering WNBA-high 31.1 points per game to forwards, along with the fifth-highest shooting percentage (47.0) to the position.

Caitlin Clark (Fever vs. Mystics) Under Points + Rebounds + Assists

Clark is in play on the other side of the Fever-Mystics showdown, but in the star guard’s case, we’re actually looking at a scenario where her production may fall just a bit short of her recent norms. Clark has been fantastic over her last 10 games, averaging 39.5 points + rebounds + assists per contest while shooting 49.1%, including 43.7% from behind the arc.

Clark is 1-1 to the Over on the 35.5 PRA figure against the Mystics this season, but Washington has been one of the top defensive teams in the league. The Mystics are surrendering just 41.6% shooting to guards, and the third-lowest shooting percentage on the road overall (43.2%). Washington is also conceding a league-low 36.7 rebounds and the fifth-fewest assists per road contest (19.7), which further dampens Clark’s outlook despite her vast talent.

Nneka Ogwumike (Sparks vs. Fire) Over Points + Rebounds + Assists

Ogwumike is putting the finishing touches on another fine season, averaging 17.2 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists per contest across 30.9 minutes per contest. The veteran floor-spacer is shooting 51.7%, including an elite 40.0% from distance, and she checks into Sunday averaging 35.8 points + rebounds + assists over her last four games on 60.9% shooting, including 53.3% from three-point range.

Ogwumike has gone 2-0 to the Over on the 30.5 in her previous pair of meetings against the Fire this season, posting PRA tallies of 39 and 34 in those contests. Portland continues to be highly targetable with centers as well, allowing a league-high 19.3 points (on 51.3% shooting) and 10.2 rebounds per game to fives, along with the second-most assists per contest to the position (3.4).
