Best WNBA Friday Player Props
- Kelsey Mitchell Over 25.5 Points
- Jonquel Jones Over 23.5 Points + Rebounds
- Veronica Burton Over 6.5 Assists
Kelsey Mitchell (Fever at Tempo) Over Points
Mitchell is enjoying a career-best offensive season at age 30, putting up 25.0 points per contest on career-best 51.3% shooting, including 45.5% from behind the arc. The veteran guard has made the 20-point threshold her norm, but she’s also eclipsed the much more challenging 25-point mark on 21 of 40 occasions heading into the final week of the regular season.
The latter accomplishment includes tallies of 27 and 29 points against the same Tempo squad she’ll face Friday. Mitchell has shot an elite 74.1% in that pair of contests, including a jaw-dropping 70.0% from three-point range. Toronto has also allowed the fourth-most points per game at home (90.4), along with the league’s third-highest overall shooting percentage (47.2) and second-highest effective field-goal percentage (53.9).

Jonquel Jones (Liberty at Lynx) Over Points + Rebounds
Jones has been a major force down low for the Liberty this season, averaging 14.6 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.1 blocks per contest. The versatile veteran has also been excellent at spacing the floor, as she’s shooting 49.5%, including 39.6% from three-point range, and she’s shooting a career-high 82.6% from the free-throw line. Jones now returns from the FIBA break refreshed, and Friday, she draws a matchup she’s already been highly successful in this season.
Despite the Lynx’s talented roster, Jones has averaged 28.0 points + rebounds across 33.0 minutes per contest in two games against Minnesota this season. Jones has shot 47.6%, including 50.0% from three-point range, in that sample as well, and the Liberty checks in having given up the fourth-most rebounds per game to centers (9.7). Minnesota is also yielding 49.6% shooting to centers specifically, adding further fuel to this prop in what should be a competitive game.

Veronica Burton (Valkyries vs. Fire) Over Assists
Burton heads into the final week of the regular campaign with a solid amount of momentum, as she averaged a well-rounded 12.4 points, 6.4 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 2.0 steals per contest on 46.6% shooting, including 38.9% from three-point range, over her last eight games before the pause in play. Burton has been an above-average facilitator all season for Golden State as well, and we’re honing in on her assists props specifically for a rematch of the final game before the break.
The Fire has been a team to target for guard production all season, allowing the third-most assists per game (14.7) to the position. Portland has also conceded the second-most assists per road game (22.9) and the fifth-highest shooting percentage (46.5) overall, while Burton has averaged 7.5 assists per contest in two games against Portland and has dished out at least seven dimes on 16 occasions while finishing on the hook with six assists on another six occasions.
