The final game of the Week 3 slate unfolds in the Windy City, with the Eagles looking to extend their undefeated start to the season against the short-handed Bears.
Ben Johnson will have to get a bit creative due to the absence of Caleb Williams (hamstring), and as of Sunday afternoon, it’s still uncertain whether it will be Tyson Bagent, who did clear concussion protocol earlier in the day, or veteran Case Keenum under center for Chicago.

Without further ado, let’s dive into three player props to consider for Monday Night Football action. Be sure to check out our NFL betting trends page for data and odds on every game.
Eagles-Bears Best NFL Week 3 Player Props
- Saquon Barkley Over 70.5 Rushing Yards
- Dontayvion Wicks Over 40.5 Receiving Yards
- D’Andre Swift Over 59.5 Receiving Yards
Saquon Barkley Over Rushing Yards
Barkley’s Week 2 against the Titans was basically over as soon as it started, considering he suffered a stinger on the first play from scrimmage and played very sparingly in the second half upon checking back into the game. However, the star running back is all clear of an injury designation for Monday night, and he already vowed to be “fearless” in his approach against the Bears.
That could well pay dividends for the talented running back, as Chicago’s defense has its fair share of questions all the way around. The Bears are allowing a robust 4.6 yards per carry to running backs over their first two games, and Barkley looked good in Week 1 while gaining 83 yards on just 15 carries against the Commanders. With Chicago also set to operate with a backup QB and there likely have its offense running at less than full potential, head coach Nick Sirianni may well opt to lean on the ground attack as long as game script allows.

Dontayvion Wicks Over Receiving Yards
Wicks has proven to be a fairly seamless fit in the Eagles’ offense over his first two games, and it stands to reason he’ll only get even more comfortable with each passing practice week and game. As it is, the offseason addition from the Packers is thriving with a larger role than he enjoyed in Green Bay, recording a combined 7-147-1 line on 10 targets while running a total of 58 routes through the first two games. As expected, Wicks has provided a key downfield dimension alongside DeVonta Smith, as he’s taken three of his seven catches for 20+ yards and has an average depth of target of 14.9 yards.
Wicks’ penchant for chunk plays is what we’re banking on with this very manageable prop. The Bears have actually been tough on wide receivers in terms of preventing efficiency early on this season, but Chicago has surrendered an elevated 16.1 yards per catch to the position in this season’s small sample. With Wicks blowing past this prop in each of his first two games and doing so without massive volume, the Over is very much worth considering here.
Original Line: 40.5
D’Andre Swift Over Rushing Yards
Swift got his season off to a spectacular start in Week 1 with a three-touchdown day at the expense of the Panthers, and although he came back down to earth on a muddy field in Week 2 against the Vikings, the veteran running back still finished with 21 touches over his 50 snaps. Swift unsurprisingly encountered some tough sledding against Minnesota’s aggressive front, but he may have a bit of a better matchup against one of his old squads this week.
The Eagles’ defense is excellent overall, but Philadelphia has given up 4.2 yards per carry over the first two games. The Bears will likely take a fairly run-heavy approach Monday night for as long as game script allows with Williams sidelined, and although the absence of his very mobile quarterback theoretically keeps the defense less honest, Swift should still see more than enough volume to have a shot at getting to at least 60 rushing yards. In his first season in Johnson’s offense in 2025, Swift cashed this prop on nine occasions, and fell just short with 58 yards on one other occasion.
