The Pick: Eagles 23, Bears 18

We’ll take the Under based on Chicago’s starting quarterback situation along with head-to-head trends and Eagles data on Monday away from the Linc.

Game Betting Analysis

We’re going Under in this game, for the obvious reason that Chicago is down to a third string quarterback while also seeing just 12 total points in their only home game this season – when Caleb Williams was fully healthy. The Eagles have also hit the Under in six straight road games when playing on a Monday along with the last five meetings against the Bears.

Eagles-Bears Odds (Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under)

Deciding Factor: Bears’ Historic Ground Game vs. Eagles’ Leaky Run Defense

Chicago is leaning on the run more than ever with Caleb Williams (hamstring) out and Case Keenum starting, and the numbers back that plan: the Bears are averaging an NFL-best 212.5 rushing yards per game (425 yards, 6.1 per carry, six TDs) — the first team to hit those marks through Week 2 since the 1980 Lions — with D’Andre Swift (169 yards) and Kyle Monangai (147 yards) forming a genuine 1-2 punch. That runs straight into Philadelphia’s biggest weakness: the Eagles rank 24th-worst against the run, allowing 120-plus yards in each of their first two games (254 combined), and this same Bears team hung 281 rushing yards on them a year ago. Philadelphia is 2-0 and has found ways to win regardless, but if the run defense can’t slow Swift and Monangai behind a backup-QB game plan, this one stays tight late.
