Top TD Picks: Colston Loveland & Zach Ertz
We’re all set for an intriguing Week 3 Monday Night Football between the Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago Bears. We just saw the Eagles survive a scare on the road against the Titans, while the Bears are forced to turn to backup Tyson Bagent with Caleb Williams dealing with a hamstring injury. This could be a low-scoring game where the Bears try to rely on the run, so we’ll have to dig deep to find value in touchdown props.

Colston Loveland Touchdown Odds
Colston Loveland came into the season with a ton of hype. After all, this was a former 10th overall pick who tore it up down the stretch of his rookie season. However, Loveland has barely done anything so far, combining for one catch for three yards in two games.
I’m still a big believer in Loveland’s talent, so I’m riding with him to find the end zone at an appealing price of nearly +300 odds at the time of this article. Yes, Caleb Williams is out for this game, but Tyson Bagent is a competent backup who can still keep the offense on schedule.
Ben Johnson is one of the best offensive minds in the NFL, so I trust that he’ll make it a point of emphasis to get Loveland more involved, especially to help out Bagent against a tough Eagles defense. Don’t be surprised if Loveland is the safety valve for Bagent in this one. To that end, we’ll buy low on Loveland in this spot.
Zach Ertz Touchdown Odds
The Eagles brought back Zach Ertz because Dallas Goedert is dealing with a sprained MCL. As an established veteran familiar with the Eagles offense, Ertz can make an immediate impact as a safety outlet for Jalen Hurts in this one.
On top of the familiarity in scheme, the appeal of Ertz is the price. We can get nearly +500 odds on him to find the end zone in this one. I can’t pass up that value in an exploitable matchup against the Bears.
The Eagles have a 23.5-point team total in this game, so they’re projected to score at least three touchdowns. We’ll take a shot that Ertz is able to get involved in that action in his first game back with the Eagles.
