English Premier League Anytime Goal Scoring Picks, Odds, Predictions for Sunday, May 24, 2026
The day has finally arrived! It wasn’t quite what Arsenal and Manchester City fans might have been expecting just a few weeks prior … not only is the Premier League title race decided, but it went in Arsenal’s favor, meaning that Gunners fans can watch on Sunday with an enjoyment and a calm they’ve definitely not had over the last month-plus of the campaign.
There’s really only one matter to decide on Sunday, and it’s which London team will be relegated to the Championship. It’ll most likely be West Ham, as only a West Ham win and a Tottenham Hotspur loss keeps them in the Premier League … but the fact that Spurs are going into the season’s final match unsure of their top division status is an indictment on their season.

Gabriel Jesus, Arsenal
While it’s more likely that Viktor Gyökeres and Kai Havertz score for Arsenal per the oddsmakers, that duo has something in common which could limit their minutes on Sunday — they’re both readying to play in the World Cup this month. With Sunday’s result no longer as consequential as Arsenal fans feared it might be — to the relief of hearts and defibrillators around the world — Gabriel Jesus could get an extended runout and maybe even a start. (Keep in mind that Arsenal also needs to turn around and play a Champions League final next Saturday.)
Given Arsenal’s season of stifling defense, giving up only 26 goals on the season, it’s probably not going to be a high-scoring contest, especially where Crystal Palace is concerned. So, if it is indeed 1-0 to the Arsenal as the song goes, it very well could be the Brazilian that notches the lone goal to close out the Gunners’ trophy-winning season.
Dominic Solanke, Tottenham Hotspur
Spurs manager Roberto De Zerbi confirmed that Dominic Solanke would be available to play in Sunday’s crucial match against Everton on Friday, and though he was coy about whether Solanke would start, he’ll definitely see minutes with the season on the line.
Though it’s been a disappointing season for the English striker compared to past seasons, he’s still capable of scoring, and with Everton likely to key on Richarlison and (depending on whether he plays) James Maddison, look for Solanke to help Spurs salvage their season (or flame out spectacularly, which is most certainly a possibility).
Valentin Castellanos, West Ham
After moving to West Ham for a multi-year contract from Lazio in January, and after scoring against Newcastle last week in a losing effort, perhaps no one on the pitch will be more motivated and more ready to ward off relegation than Castellanos.
Since arriving in East London, the Argentine striker and former MLS star with New York City FC has five goals and is looking like a vital part of the Hammers’ offense already.
But if West Ham goes down? There’s already talk of Castellanos moving to either Fulham or Flamengo — which guarantees him top-flight football, but also a third team in six months. To avoid that personal tumult, with the chance to be a club legend, look for him to put the hopes of West Ham fans on his back. Given that the club is fond of bubbles, and it’s a bubble team at the moment, Sunday’s match against Leeds will be a drama-filled spectacle for neutrals with more than one goal likely.
