According to the betting market for Super Bowl odds, Indianapolis is a longshot. The Colts manufactured eight wins last season with a similarly talented roster. This year, their offensive line grades out worse, but the defense is improved. Meanwhile, first-round pick Tyler Warren provides offensive guru Shane Steichen with another weapon to aid Anthony Richardson’s development.

Whether Richardson finally blossoms or veteran Daniel Jones takes the reins under center, I’d contend that Indy is undervalued regarding its win total of 7.5. As important as the quarterback position is, new defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo should make a world of a difference.
