Seth Jarvis Anytime Goal Scorer

Since the start of the regular season, Seth Jarvis has been able to generate high quality Shots on Goal at a consistent rate, averaging 0.44 Expected Goals and 3.15 Shots on Goal per game. With the Carolina Hurricanes offense revolving around Jarvis, they have been dominant throughout the playoffs, taking back control of first in Expected Goals For in All Situations and in 5-on-5 Play.

In a favorable matchup against the Montreal Canadiens, expect Jarvis to continue to light the lamp by taking advantage of a back line who resides near the bottom of the board in Expected Goals Against in All Situations. Even with Frederik Andersen playing at a high level, the Canadiens aggression in front of the crease will force the Hurricanes goalie to scramble between the pipes, opening up larger gaps beside him.
