Brandon put himself on the map with an overly dominate performance against Furman during Week 1 games, scoring a total of 10 touchdown with over 200 passing yards and 65 rushing yards. While the Georgia Tech offense will have to improve for any sort of success in 2026, the defense played well against Colorado and now has a real challenge ahead with Tennessee’s offense. Tech is home, and playing at night in a nationally televised spot should favor the defense, but this game represents a great tug-of-war battle between the two key factors for each team to be successful this season. For Tennessee to compete in the SEC, Brandon will have to play at a high level – while the same can be said for Georgia Tech’s defense in the ACC. Consider this a measuring stick game for both.
