Two More Companies Ready To Launch Alberta Online Casinos In July

Two more operators have officially been registered with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis ahead of the province’s July launch of its iGaming market.

The additions of BetVictor and two bet365 licenses brings the total number of registered, conditionally approved iGaming operators to 31.

Privatized Alberta online casinos and sports betting will launch on July 13.

Latest Alberta online casino details

Bet365 was founded 26 years ago by Peter Coates, the owner of Stoke City Football Club. Bet365 has both casino and sportsbook, and its sports offerings are some of the most varied in the business.

Sure, there will be North American pro sports, but, if its previous offerings are a guide of what Albertans can expect to see, there are odds on Australian Rules Football, Gaelic Sports and European handball.

BetVictor is one of the oldest sportsbooks in existence, with a history that dates back to 1946. Now based in Gibraltar, it is owned by Michael Tabor, who took over the company 12 years ago. Albertans can expect a full online casino and range of futures and betting options on both the National Football League, Canadian Football League, pro basketball and, of course, Canada’s largest obsession, the National Hockey League.
