The UFC returns to the Apex in Las Vegas after back-to-back international events. Saturday’s 12-fight card is headlined by two lightweight contenders in Mateusz Gamrot and Quillan Salkilld. After some scheduling shuffles, UFC’s fourth consecutive Fight Night appears set, with the highly anticipated UFC 330 just one week away.

Salkilld looks to extend his perfect UFC record with a big win over a division veteran. The Australian enters as a slight favorite in Saturday’s main event, and a victory could push him closer to a title shot despite some congestion at the top of the weight class. Gamrot, meanwhile, looks to build on an impressive win earlier this year after splitting his last four fights 2-2. The 35-year-old can strengthen his top-eight ranking by taking down one of the division’s brightest young prospects.

The co-main event stays in the lightweight division with veterans Diego Ferreira and Billy Quarantillo squaring off. With 29 combined UFC fights between them, this is one of the most experienced matchups on the card, with both men looking to avoid a third straight loss. Ferreira enters as a significant favorite, with Quarantillo returning to the octagon for the first time since being knocked out in 2024.

Asplund returns to the octagon after suffering his first UFC loss earlier this year. The 28-year-old heavyweight had an explosive start to his promotional career, picking up back-to-back knockouts in his first two fights. Six of his seven professional victories have come by KO, and he will look to add another on Saturday against UFC newcomer Guilherme Pat, who has split his first two promotional appearances after entering 5-0.

Pat’s two UFC fights have both gone the distance, with the Brazilian surviving three rounds against dangerous opponents on each occasion. Even so, Asplund has shown serious knockout power early in his career and represents real value as a finish pick here. He will hold a significant weight advantage over Pat and has already demonstrated the ability to stand and trade against dangerous opposition.

Manoel Sousa vs. Richie Miranda – Manoel Sousa to Win by KO/TKO/DQ or Submission (+120)

Sousa will look to maintain his 100% finish rate in the UFC and add another victory to his impressive 14-1 record. The former Bellator fighter has won his first two promotional bouts by knockout and now faces UFC debutant Richie Miranda, who enters at 13-1 and has never been finished professionally.

Even so, Sousa’s 85.7% career finish rate speaks for itself. The 29-year-old began his career with nine consecutive early stoppages and, while three of his more recent fights have gone the distance, he possesses a level of striking power that is rare for the lightweight division. Expect him to find a way through Miranda’s chin in his first promotional appearance.

Billy Ray Goff vs. Ty Miller – Fight to Start Round 3: No (+105)

One of the UFC’s most exciting welterweight prospects, Ty Miller, returns to the octagon after an impressive first-round knockout in January. The 26-year-old is a perfect 7-0 professionally with three KO wins and enters at -425 as one of the card’s biggest favorites. He takes on Goff, who is looking to bounce back from two damaging losses.

Goff had a strong start to his UFC career with back-to-back knockouts in 2022 and 2023 before losing his last two fights, most recently by submission in May of last year. He still carries genuine knockout power with seven career stoppages and faces another dangerous finisher in Miller. Given both men’s aggressive styles, an early stoppage inside the first two rounds feels almost inevitable. Goff is a big underdog but has the power to shock Miller if the right shot lands.

Asplund headlines our DFS lineup for Saturday’s card for many of the same reasons we have backed him in our best props. Despite his price point, an early stoppage would more than justify the cost. The young heavyweight has publicly stated he is looking for a first-round knockout, which would make him outstanding value if he delivers.

We are also backing both main event fighters in our lineup, with each capable of racking up big points in what is expected to be a competitive bout. While Salkilld is the slight favorite, Gamrot comes in off a statement win and will give the young Australian everything he can handle. Five of their last 12 fights combined have gone the distance, which would be the ideal outcome for our lineup. Salkilld’s three consecutive first-round finishes are a minor concern, but the veteran Gamrot should be well prepared to weather the early storm and settle into the fight.

Our cheapest selection is Goff, who we also backed in our best props. The 28-year-old is a justified underdog after two poor performances and a lengthy layoff, but he faces an undefeated fighter and carries genuine finishing ability. Goff had a five-fight knockout streak before his recent losses, and there is no reason to rule out him rediscovering that form on Saturday night.

Ferreira gets the nod in the co-main event despite his two recent losses. Quarantillo has been finished in three of his last four fights and has been winless since 2023. The 37-year-old looks to be in the latter stages of his career and now faces a veteran with 12 career finishes who can get the job done both on the feet and on the ground. Quarantillo’s recent vulnerabilities make Ferreira a strong play.

After back-to-back third-round knockouts, a third consecutive finish would truly put the lightweight division on notice. Miranda may feel the pressure of making his debut in MMA’s biggest promotion, which could leave him susceptible to an early finish against such a dangerous opponent.
