2026 WTA Porsche Tennis Grand Prix Bracket Analysis
Quarter 1
With world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka withdrawing, Elena Rybakina moves into the top dog status as the No. 1 seed for the Porsche event. A familiar event for Rybakina, winning here not long ago and plays strongly into her lethal serve with it being an indoor event. She is the tournament favorite and hard to argue regardless of the draw. As it looks, though, she should have no issue coming out of Quarter 1.
There are a few names who could get her depending on the service game she is having. Names such as Diana Shnaider or Alexandra Eala could get her, as Rybakina is a bit weaker against the lefties. Still, she should be a heavy favorite in every match she plays, so grab a futures ticket on her at +200 as those will quickly turn into minus-value should she win her first match in Round 2. Jasmine Paolini seems to be a thorn in Rybakina’s side, but respectively, the form of Pals lately isn’t enough to warrant concern from a +200 ticket on what should be a clear path to the semis.
Quarter 2
This is a fun quarter, as we get Iga Swiatek and her kryptonite Jelena Ostapenko – who also won here a year ago. Penko looked decent in Linz, but expectations are a bit higher considering her success there. Still, she poses a massive threat with success both in Stuttgart and against Swiatek. However, they are opposite sides of the quarter and so it’ll be a few rounds before we potentially get there.
Who stands in their way? Well, for Penko, Mirra Andreeva gets her out of the gates which could go in either direction. Andreeva just won in Linz, so stamina might factor in their first round match. Regardless, the winner of Penko and Andreeva is someone Iga has to worry about. Laura Siegemund also has lowkey success in her home country, and her style of play on clay is difficult. Still, Swiatek should get the winner of Penko-Andreeva where it’s a toss up from there.
Quarter 3
Two names stand out here, both Elina Svitolina and Linda Noskova. The former has more conviction with more experience and an overall game, also winning in Rouen last year adds confidence in her chances at Stuttgart. For Noskova, her ability is there but she’s just getting going on clay – although her big win over Belinda Bencic during the BJK Cup should add fuel to her fire. She’s a solid dark horse to circle.
Paula Badosa versus Eva Lys will be a toss up depending on Lys’ injury status and how much she’s trying to conceal it. Badosa saw success in Charleston but was overwhelmed by Lilli Tagger in Linz. This is a nice spot for Badosa to try and build back confidence, but the name outside Noskova and Svitolina is Ekaterina Alexandrova. She might be one to avoid for now, a disappointing loss to Karolina Pliskova in Linz and still trying to find consistent results this season.
Quarter 4
Coco Gauff is the top seed in Quarter 4, at the very bottom of the brackets holding down the No. 2 fort. Her quarter is the toughest of the four with Liudmila Samsonova or Antonia Ruzic waiting in Round 2. Also, Karolina Muchova and Elise Mertens are in this quarter of the draw – as both players are having wonderful seasons to begin 2026.
Although Gauff is the top name here, her value isn’t the best when you consider the names above. Muchova with four-digits is always worth a look, but this feels like the biggest toss up of the Stuttgart draw. Gauff should get to the quarterfinals and if Muchova is an early exit for whatever reason, Gauff’s value will actually worsen – so getting a ticket on her and another name in this draw is probably your best bet. The other name? Muchova or Mertens but realistically this quarter is between Coco and Karo.
Tournament Pick: Elena Rybakina +200
Sleeper Pick: Karolina Muchova +1400

2026 WTA Open de Rouen Bracket Analysis
Quarter 1
Marta Kostyuk is the No. 1 seed in Rouen this year, the name at the top of the brackets with a solid draw below her to take advantage. Diane Parry is a tough outing in Round 1, playing in her home country, while the winner of Americans Caty McNally and Katie Volynets await. The real concern for Kostyuk bettors in this quarter seems to be Daria Kasatkina, returning from injury.
Dasha is capable of winning any tournament she enters, but fluttered a bit before sidelining herself to take care of an injury. She’s the biggest x-factor in this quarter and could blow up the bracket. Keep her in mind when single match betting, but too much time missed seems like a good enough reason to still circle Kostyuk as the name to bet here – which is reflected in the futures market odds.
Quarter 2
Hailey Baptiste has earned the top seed in Quarter 2, but her form lately has been off compared to how she began the season. The draw is set up nicely for Baptiste, though, but the conviction she will run away with a clay court event isn’t quite there. Anastasia Potapova is the name to watch here, but her deep run in Linz make her questionable to take as well.
The two names with the most conviction in Quarter 2 seem to have conviction concerns, so this could open things up for someone like Linda Fruhvirtova or the winner of Tatjana Maria and Elsa Jacquemot to make a surprise run. Betting this quarter is difficult, but on paper it should be Potapova then Baptiste in that order. With that said, this feels like a surprise part of the bracket so feel free to see how Round 1 plays out before taking a ticket in Quarter 2.
Quarter 3
Despite having the No. 3 seed in Rouen, Jaqueline Cristian is a tough buy here. Her fight is always there but didn’t look her best a week ago, so the conviction isn’t there yet. With that said, she has a favorable draw to win the quarter should she play at the level she is capable of. Elisabetta Cocciaretto is the other top seed in this quarter, and mirrors JAC in that her consistency is hard to back despite the ability to actually win the quarter.
The draw favors both of them while Katie Boulter and Maria Timofeeva seem to be the only names to consider as dark horses. Based on consistency, we’ll take Cocciaretto over Cristian to win this quarter but much like Quarter 2 it’s probably smarter to wait after Round 1 before attacking this part of the draw. Expect another sleeper to make it out of this section in which we don’t mind Boulter, covering 10 of 13 matches this season with solid losses such as Paolini, Gabriela Ruse (who wen’t on a run) and Muchova.
Quarter 4
The tournament favorite lies in Quarter 4, at the very bottom with the No. 2 seed in Sorana Cirstea – a great pick to win this quarter and the entire tournament. The value isn’t the best, however, but she should reach the quarterfinals based on the names in her section. The name that lurks above Cirstea is Tagger, who showed out in Linz last week with big wins over solid opponents.
Tagger’s biggest obstacle to reaching a potential quarterfinal match with Cirstea is her first round opponent, Oleksandra Oliynykova. The winner of this match seems to be the best candidate to possibly upset Cirstea, who otherwise should skip to the semifinals. With that said, there is a chance Cirstea plays French opponents in back-to-back matches – so the crowd will be against her for potentially two straight matches before even reaching the quarters.
Tournament Pick: Marta Kostyuk +330
Sleeper Pick: Katie Boulter +2200
