The biggest question mark on the Football Team’s roster was in the sports biggest position, the quarterback position. Dwayne Haskins, Kyle Allen, and Alex Smith did not cut it as Washington’s quarterback, so they went out and signed Ryan Fitzpatrick and re-signed playoff legend Taylor Heinicke for more stable quarterback play. These two have to play average at best as their defense and other skill positions are good enough to win the NFC East. Running backs Antonio Gibson and JD McKissic can take over a game with their fast and aggressive run style and wide receivers like Terry McLaurin and Curtis Smauel are like McDonalds, because they are open 24/7. Logan Thomas is also a good red zone target at tight end but the real story with Washington is their incredible defense. Chase Young, Montez Sweat, Jonathan Allen, Da'ron Payne, Kendall Fuller, Landon Collins, and William Jackson headline a star studded defense that could carry an inept offense to a home playoff game.
