The Rangers will be heading into a new ballpark this year, and they will break it in with some power bats like Rougned Odor and Joey Gallo. The issue with them is that they are not great contact bats either. This team actually built a strong rotation over the offseason, bringing in Kyle Gibson and Corey Kluber. This adds to Mike Minor and Lance Lynn who found some success last season. The Rangers have quite a few names that are on the younger side that are breaking through into the league. Willie Calhoun and Ronald Guzman are the two names that will get full time this season, and will need to stay healthy. Danny Santana has been floating around the league a while, but he surprised a lot of people last year. Santana’s ability to play all over the field gives him an advantage and also the Rangers some depth.
