Cincinnati Bengals 2026 NFL Season Preview, Betting Markets, Odds, Picks & Predictions
Ever since their loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LVI, the Cincinnati Bengals have been unable to stamp their ticket back to the title game. A slew of injuries and poor play on defense has made it impossible for them to compete with the top of the AFC, even when fielding one of the most explosive offenses in the league.
Fortunately for the Bengals, positive regression looms large with Joe Burrow back at full health, elevating their offense as a whole with his production under center. A surgeon in the pocket, Burrow rivals the top of the position in most efficiency metrics while surrounded by a star studded cast of wideouts.
Every bit of Burrow’s production will be needed to keep the Bengals afloat, masking a defense who is poised to take a step back after losing Trey Hendrickson in the offseason. With question marks looming over both sides of the ball, the Bengals will be one of the more intriguing teams to monitor this season, potentially creating value in their futures markets later in the year.
2026 Cincinnati Bengals Super Bowl Odds
If the Bengals are going to round back into competitive form and make a serious run at the title, then their defense will need to find their footing after severely underwhelming in 2025-26, a unit who finished near the bottom of the board in Def DVOA, Success Rate, and in Explosiveness. Until their defense can prove they can play at a high level without Hendrickson’s production in the trenches, then pass on the Bengals to win the Super Bowl.

2026 Cincinnati Bengals AFC Championship Odds
In a loaded AFC, the Bengals can ill-afford to get off to any sort of slow start, especially with the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens expected to throw their hat back in the ring after under performing in 2025. That puts even more pressure on Burrow’s shoulders to keep them competitive, a feat that may be unsustainable if he is unable to remain healthy for the full duration of the season.

2026 Cincinnati Bengals AFC North Odds
Even with positive regression swinging towards their way with health back on their side, the Bengals are still projected to finish a full game under the Ravens, making them a pass at their current odds to win the AFC North. If the Bengals defense is able to exceed expectations and help them keep pace with the Ravens, consider adding them to the portfolio later in the year to help create multiple outs.
Bet: No
2026 Cincinnati Bengals Win Total Odds
The Bengals offensive line will also be under a microscope, a unit who has struggled with their consistency the past few years, forcing Burrow to combat against a high amount of Havoc. If their offensive line continues to struggle, then Burrow will find himself under a relentless amount of pressure, making it difficult for their offense to get in any sort of a rhythm to help sustain their drives down the field.
Bet: Under 9.5 (+130)
2026 Cincinnati Bengals To Make The Playoffs Odds
With the Ravens projected to win the division title, the Bengals will need to secure one of the three wildcard spots in order to make the playoffs. A tough ask when factoring in how top heavy the AFC is, jockeying with multiple teams in the AFC West while the AFC South and AFC East are projected to have multiple ten win teams. Pass on the Bengals to make the playoffs for now until we get more concrete data on how their offensive line and defense performs.

2026 Cincinnati Bengals MVP Award Odds & Contenders
- Joe Burrow
- Ja’Marr Chase
When healthy, Burrow is arguably the most talented QB in the league, ranking well above league average in EPA per play and in CPOE. Even if the Bengals defense holds them back from being a Super Bowl contender, Burrow’s eye popping stats while leading the most explosive offense in the league will keep him in contention for the award, making him worth a wager now before his odds steadily trickle down as the season progresses.
Bet: Joe Burrow
