On the Saturday slate, we’ve got one game on tap: Guardians-White Sox. That means we have to stick to the single-game slate for this one. With that in mind, let’s dive into my best DFS picks for the Divisional Series of the 2026 MLB Playoffs.

👑 Gavin Williams (MVP) – CLE/SP ($18,600)
Gavin Williams is the clear-cut choice for “Captain” this week, giving us an opportunity to get an ace at 1.5x fantasy points. Williams had a phenomenal season for the Guardians, putting up a 3.76 ERA and a 1.11 WHIP with 248 strikeouts in 184.1 innings. He followed that up with a terrific outing in Game 2 against the White Sox, striking out 11 in five innings.
The issue here is he pitched one inning in relief on Thursday, so if he starts here, it would be on one day rest. However, Williams has stated that he’s available to pitch in any role. I can see him going three innings for the Guardians in this one, which would still be valuable given his strikeout upside.
Jose Ramirez (UTIL) – CLE/3B ($9,000)
Even though Jose Ramirez had a disappointing season, he’s a strong choice at a $9,000 price because he’s clearly heating up at the plate. We just saw the veteran third baseman go 2-for-5 with one home run, two runs, and three RBI in the win in Game 4. Prior to that, he went 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.
Ramirez is coming through for the Guardians right when they needed it most. I expect that to continue in this pivotal Game 5.
Chase DeLauter (UTIL) – CLE/OF ($7,000)
Chase DeLauter has gone 4-for-12 with two runs and two RBI in the last three games. This comes after he had a fantastic rookie season, where he hit .287 with 16 homers and 11 steals in 495 at-bats.
This will be the second consecutive slate where I’ve decided to pair DeLauter with Ramirez, since they hit right next to each other in the Guardians’ lineup.
Nathaniel Lowe (UTIL) – CLE/1B ($5,600)
Nathaniel Lowe is a veteran first baseman who was a shrewd pickup by the Guardians, as he slashed .266/.341/.480 with 12 home runs in 248 at-bats for them.
We’ve seen Lowe hit in the No. 5 spot for Cleveland, making him the perfect addition to finish off my Guardians stack that already includes Ramirez (No. 2) and DeLauter (No. 3).
Braden Montgomery (UTIL) – CWS/OF ($4,800)
Up next, we’re going with an affordable rookie for some salary relief in Braden Montgomery. While he’s been struggling at the plate of late, going 0-for-8 with six strikeouts in the last two games, we saw him put up two RBI in Game 2.
Since we’re paying up for Williams, Ramirez, and DeLauter, we have no choice but to play someone like Montgomery here. I like the upside at his cost, especially considering that he came into the league as a relatively highly touted prospect.
Andrew Benintendi (UTIL) – CWS/OF ($4,600)
We’ll finish it off with Andrew Benintendi, who is likely to find his way back in the White Sox lineup now that they’re facing a right-hander. We saw him put up one run and one RBI in Game 2 of the AL Wild Card series against the Astros.
Perhaps he can be a sneaky addition for this pivotal Game 3. Benintendi hit .240 with 15 homers in 421 at-bats, so there’s some modest pop here. He’ll hit near Montgomery in the order, making him a nice pairing.
