Matthew Stafford, LAR/QB ($6,200)

After a rough Week 1, the reigning league MVP has put together back-to-back strong performances despite his team’s 1-2 record. Stafford has thrown for 717 yards and 6 TDs over the last two games, though he has also dealt with turnover issues, including 3 INTs. The veteran QB will likely have his favorite target Puka Nacua back in the lineup for the first time since Week 1, and the offense will be desperate for a win after a slow start to a season that began with championship aspirations.

The Rams travel to Philadelphia to face an Eagles team coming off an embarrassing defeat to the shorthanded Bears. Third-string QB Case Keenum dismantled the Eagles’ secondary in his first start since 2023, finishing with 247 yards, 2 TDs, and a 110.8 passer rating. The short passing game carved Philadelphia apart on Monday, and there may be no better duo in that area than Stafford and Nacua.

Kenneth Walker III, KC/RB ($8,200)

Walker remains a must-have in every lineup despite his rising salary after a blistering start to his Chiefs tenure. The reigning Super Bowl MVP gets his first taste of the Kansas City-Las Vegas rivalry this week, with the winner taking sole possession of the AFC West lead. Walker leads all RBs with 360 rushing yards through three weeks and continues to function as a true workhorse in Kansas City’s offense.

The 25-year-old played 73% of the Chiefs’ offensive snaps in Week 3, even after HC Andy Reid said he wanted to lighten his load. His 5.5 yards per carry on 21.7 carries per game makes him nearly impossible to replace in this offense. The Raiders have been mediocre against the run, ranking 20th in rushing yards allowed at 116.3 per game. With the threat Mahomes presents through the air, look for Walker to keep dominating on the ground.

Kyren Williams, LAR/RB ($5,900)

The second back in our lineup is another Ram who has found his footing after a slow start to his fifth season. Williams is coming off a monster 158-yard-from-scrimmage performance, doing damage both on the ground and through the air. After early concerns that backup Blake Corum would eat into his touches, Williams has begun to pull away in usage with his recent performances.

The Eagles lost several key defensive players in the offseason and have struggled to stop the run as a result, ranking 25th in rushing yards allowed at 127.3 per game. Their scheme is playing a role as well — Philadelphia loads the box on just 29% of its snaps, the lowest in the league. With Stafford, Nacua, and Davante Adams commanding defensive attention, Williams should find plenty of room to run inside.

Zay Flowers, BAL/WR ($6,900)

After injuring himself in the first half of a historic Week 1 performance, Flowers returned last week and immediately made an impact. He now has 10 catches for 254 yards in limited snaps this season. Even while managing his hamstring, Flowers is clearly Lamar Jackson’s preferred target, and the numbers back that up.

In his two games played, Flowers has run just 22 routes, making his 10 catches even more impressive. The 26-year-old played just 32.8% of offensive snaps last week and is in line for a larger role with another week to recover. He faces a Titans secondary that has allowed a 71.1% completion rate to opposing QBs through three weeks. With the volume Jackson directs his way, Flowers should be in for another big day as his snap count grows.

Dontayvion Wicks, PHI/WR ($4,300)

Philadelphia will need a much better showing from Jalen Hurts after a disastrous Monday night. The former Super Bowl MVP will be without WR1 DeVonta Smith and will lean on Wicks, who has quickly built a connection with the former Alabama star over their three games together. With TE Dallas Goedert also out, Wicks becomes an even bigger target-share threat. He will likely serve as the Eagles’ primary wideout in what could be a pass-heavy game against a dangerous Rams offense.

The 25-year-old has already proven he can be efficient in a secondary role and should only improve with additional volume due to the team’s injury situation. The Rams secondary has had a slow start to the season, ranking 12th-worst in fantasy points per opportunity to wide receivers. With limited competition for targets, Wick is the ideal budget option in what should be a high-scoring game.

Puka Nacua, LAR/WR ($7,500)

We touched on Nacua earlier, and many of the same reasons we included Wick apply to the Rams superstar. The 1 p.m. matchup between these two NFC heavyweights carries an implied total of 43 points, and multiple big performances out of Philadelphia would not be a surprise. Nacua should have no trouble reintegrating into the offense, and his 29.7% career target share suggests the ball finds him consistently whenever he is on the field.

Kenyon Sadiq, NYJ/TE ($4,000)

Rookie first-round pick Kenyon Sadiq enters Week 4 fresh off the best outing of his young career despite the Jets’ 31-24 loss on Sunday — 7 receptions for 105 yards and a TD. He is expected to play a major role again this week with New York dealing with a rash of injuries. RB Breece Hall, WR Adonai Mitchell, and fellow TE Mason Taylor have all been ruled out, opening up even more targets for the rookie.

Sadiq is on the injury report but appears to be trending toward playing. He lined up in the slot on 47% of his routes in Week 3 and will take on an even more receiver-like role with Mitchell out. The 21-year-old has become the clear second option behind WR Garrett Wilson, and QB Geno Smith now trusts his rookie to go his way in big moments.

Makai Lemon, PHI/WR ($4,100)

Philadelphia clearly believed in rookie WR Makai Lemon, trading up in the 2026 draft to select the USC product in the first round. His NFL start has been modest, but with the injuries Philadelphia is dealing with, Week 4 could be a breakout moment for the 22-year-old. At $4,100, Lemon holds real value alongside Wick, and the two will likely split most of Hurts’ targets on Sunday.

Hurts has targeted Lemon just nine times over the first three weeks, and the rookie has caught 7 passes for 38 yards. With Barkley and the run game still sputtering, it makes sense for Philadelphia to get their first-round pick more involved with Smith out. The Eagles’ young receiver tandem should get plenty of opportunities to make an impression against the Rams.

49ers D/ST ($2,900)

The 49ers have quickly established themselves as legitimate contenders, with their defense as a primary driver. San Francisco struggled last week against the Cardinals but had allowed just 10 PPG before that 30-point performance. They now face a Denver offense that ranks in the bottom half of the league in PPG, passing yards, and rushing yards per game.

The 49ers have allowed the second-fewest TDs to opponents this season, with 16.7 PPG allowed ranking third among all defenses. San Francisco has struggled to generate takeaways, but it faces a turnover-prone Broncos squad averaging 1.3 per game. With how poor Denver’s offensive production has been, the 49ers should be able to jump out early and control the game through much of the second half.
