Let’s start with the total first, as the Over has hit in seven of eight meetings between the two clubs – with the one miss also resulting in a PUSH rather than an Under. So, technically, the Under has failed to cash in eight straight meetings.
Tampa Bay has seen at least one team score nine or more runs in three of four games as well (granted two of those games were in Denver). Seattle has also seen the Over hit in three of four games. The head-to-head also favors Tampa Bay as the Rays have won five of the last six meetings outright. However, Seattle won four straight prior to those six meetings and won the last meeting which was in early July – therefore the total is our better play if picking only one.
