Sunday’s Best WNBA Player Props

  • Olivia Miles (MIN) – Over Points
  • Flau’jae Johnson (SEA) – Over Points + Assists
  • Veronica Burton (GSV) – Over Points + Assists

2026 WNBA Betting Record: 80-66 (+6.07 units)

Olivia Miles (MIN) – Over Points

Miles is the first of two talented rookies we’ll spotlight for Sunday’s games, and the ROY favorite comes into the road showdown against the Dream averaging 20.6 points and 11.4 rebounds + assists across 32.3 minutes over her last nine games. Miles is shooting a crisp 50.4%, including an elite 44.4% from three-point range, during that span, and she’s managed all of those impressive numbers despite a tough 3-for-12 shooting night in a difficult matchup against the Valkyries across 28 minutes on Monday.

Atlanta has conceded 16- and 21-point tallies to Miles in two prior meetings this season, as well as a 50.0% success rate from the floor. The offensive success isn’t surprising when considering both Miles’ talent and the fact the Dream is allowing league-high 48.4% shooting at home, including 34.7% from three-point range. The Dream is also surrendering the second-highest two-point shooting of any team on its home floor (56.7%), and Miles has compiled at least 19 points on 21 occasions this season.

Flau’jae Johnson (SEA) – Over Points + Assists

Johnson comes into Sunday’s favorable matchup already trending in the right direction, shooting 52.9%, including 46.2% from downtown, while also averaging 23.5 points + assists across 26.0 minutes over the last two games. The talented rookie guard will be set for another elevated role Sunday, as backourt mate Natasha Hiedeman will sit out a fourth straight game due to a shoulder injury. Johnson has averaged 17.0 shot attempts per contest in the aforementioned pair of contests as well, and the opposing Sparks certainly present as an inviting matchup.

Los Angeles is allowing 47.3% shooting overall on the road, along with a WNBA-high 51.1 points per game to guards on a league-high 40.2 field-goal attempts per contest. The Sparks are also yielding the fourth-most assists per game to the position (14.2), and Johnson has averaged 23.0 points + assists across 28.5 minutes per contest in two prior games against Los Angeles, while going 2-0 to the Over on the 17.5 points + assists prop.

Veronica Burton (GSV) – Over Points + Assists

Burton is wrapping up what has been a highly productive August, as she’s averaging 23.5 points + rebounds + assists across 28.2 minutes per game while shooting 47.6%, including 40.0% from distance, over 11 games. Burton has six double-digit point tallies and one double-digit assist effort within the last seven games as well, and Sunday, she’s in line for a bump in usage considering Gabby Williams, who’s averaging 15.8 field-goal and free-throw attempts per contest, will sit out.

Meanwhile, Portland is allowing the third-most assists per game to guards (14.6), along with 37.2% shooting from behind the arc to the position. The Fire is also surrendering the third-highest shooting percentage of any team on its home floor (47.2%), including the second highest from three-point range (35.8%). Then, no squad has facilitated more free-throw attempts at home than Portland (23.2), while Burton is shooting a solid 81.5% from the line this season.
