Top Prediction Market Trades: Best WNBA Trades for Wednesday, July 8
Valkyries vs Tempo Over 168.5 Points Scored – Yes (0.51⊄ at Kalshi)
Golden State Valkyries at Toronto Tempo is an exciting prospect. Tempo has performed well in their first season as a WNBA outfit, with a current record of 9-11 and 5-5 at home. That being said, Tempo is on a L2 streak and have lost four from their last six. As for the Valkyries, they’re in third place in the WNBA table with a 15-7 record. Valkyries have a 5-4 record away and are on an impressive W5 streak with eight wins from their last ten.
I think there’ll be plenty of points scored in this one. In five of Tempo’s last six, over 168.5 points have been scored. This game will be a similar story.
Lynx Wins By Over 6.5 Points – Yes (0.54⊄ at Kalshi)
Minnesota Lynx host Connecticut Sun looking to end their L2 streak. Lynx’s overall record is impressive, with a record of 15-6 which has led them to 2nd spot in the Western Conference. Sun, though, have endured a poor campaign, with a record of 5-16 for a PCT of just .238. However, what a game we witnessed on July 6, where Sun beat Lynx 90-89! A thrilling encounter, we’ll wait and see if this next meeting can provide the same kind of fireworks.
Despite that Sun victory, I still believe Lynx will win this one and win it well. Over 6.5 Points offers good value and is my trade pick for this game.
Fever Wins By Over 7.5 Points – Yes (0.46⊄ at Kalshi)
To end Wednesday’s WNBA games we have the Indiana Fever at Los Angeles Sparks. Fever are performing well, sitting on a 12-8 record for 6th place overall in the WNBA standings. Sparks have an 8-11 record, with a 3-7 record at home and are on a L3 streak.
There’s some good betting value to be found in all three of Wednesday’s WNBA games. For me, though, the top trade is for Indiana Fever to beat the Los Angeles Sparks by over 7.5 Points. Sparks have struggled and it’s difficult to see how they’ll stop Fever from a reasonably easy victory.
