Spending Your Coins: What You Can Get and How Redemption Works

You earn Coins by checking in, rating casinos, and bringing friends to Bonus+, and the Bonus+ Shop is where you spend them. This page covers what’s available, how to redeem, how to follow an order after you place it, and what to expect when your reward arrives.

What Your Coins Can Get You

Every reward is listed in the Bonus+ Shop with its exact Coin cost. The catalog includes:

  • Digital gift cards. The most popular choice. Cards are delivered to your email, so there’s nothing to wait on in the mail.
  • Branded merch. Physical items shipped to you.
  • Prize-draw entries. Use Coins to enter a draw for a bigger prize. Each draw has its own official rules, prize details, and closing date.
  • Seasonal and limited items. Rewards tied to a particular campaign or time of year. When the campaign ends, they’re gone, so grab them while they’re available.

The catalog changes. Items sell out, new ones are added, and Coin costs can change. The Bonus+ Shop always shows what’s available right now and what it costs.

Before You Redeem

Check these before you try to redeem:

  • You’re logged in. You can browse the Bonus+ Shop without an account, but you need to be signed in to redeem.
  • Your email is verified and current. Gift cards and order updates go to the email address on your account. If it’s out of date, your reward has nowhere to go. You can check it in your Profile.
  • Your details are accurate. Before fulfilling a reward, we may ask you to verify your identity, age, or residency.
  • Your balance covers the full cost. Partial redemptions aren’t available. If you’re short, Earning Coins shows the fastest ways to make up the difference.

How to Redeem

1

Open the Bonus+ Shop

Go to the Bonus+ Shop from the Bonus+ navigation.

2

Filter by category

Narrow down the catalog to what you want.

3

Open the reward

See its Coin cost, how it’s delivered, and any restrictions.

4

Select Redeem and confirm.

The Coins come off your balance right away, and you can’t cancel a redemption once it’s submitted.

5

Look for your confirmation.

The redemption is added to your History tab, and that’s where you’ll track it from here.

Rewards are first-come, first-served. Opening a reward doesn’t reserve it. It’s only yours once your redemption goes through.

Tracking Your Order

Every redemption is listed in the History tab of your Profile, along with all your earning activity, so everything you’ve earned and spent is in one place. Each entry shows the reward, the Coins spent, the date, and the current status:

StatusWhat It Means
PendingYour request is in and waiting to be processed
ApprovedIt passed our checks and is getting ready for delivery
FulfilledIt’s been sent. For gift cards, the email is on its way to your inbox
CancelledWe couldn’t fulfill this redemption, for example because verification failed or the reward became unavailable. We’ll either return your Coins or offer an alternative reward

Gift Card Delivery

When your gift card redemption is fulfilled, you’ll get an email at the address on your account. It includes your card code or redemption link, instructions for using it, and any terms that apply to that brand.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Check every folder. If the status says Fulfilled but you don’t see the email, look in spam, junk, and promotions first.
  • Double-check before you confirm. Once you redeem, you can’t cancel the gift card or swap it for a different brand or amount.
  • The brand’s terms apply. Expiration dates, where you can use the card, and any other restrictions come from the brand that issues it, not from Lineups.

Merch and Prize Draws

Merch ships to you, so check that your shipping details are correct before you redeem. Delivery takes longer than for digital rewards.

Prize-draw entries enter you in a draw. They don’t guarantee a prize. Each draw has its own official rules covering eligibility, odds, the drawing date, and how winners are contacted. Read them before you spend Coins on an entry.

If Something Doesn’t Go Through

  • The Redeem button is greyed out. Your balance may not cover the cost, the item may be out of stock, or the reward may have a limit you’ve already reached. The listing usually tells you which.
  • A reward disappeared from the Shop. Seasonal and campaign rewards are removed when the campaign ends.
  • Coins left your balance but nothing has arrived. Check the status in your History tab. Pending or Approved means it’s still being processed. If it says Fulfilled, check your spam folder.
  • Your redemption says Cancelled. Verification may have failed or the reward may have become unavailable. We’ll either return your Coins or offer an alternative reward.
  • Still stuck? Email info@lineups.com within 5 days with your account email, the reward name, and when you redeemed it.

The Fine Print

  • Coins are promotional only. They have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
  • You can’t cancel a redemption once you’ve submitted it.
  • Rewards are subject to availability, and Coin costs can change without notice.
  • Before fulfilling a reward, we may ask you to verify your identity, age, or residency. If verification fails, or a reward becomes unavailable after you redeem it, we may cancel the redemption and return your Coins or offer an alternative reward.
  • Coins and redemptions may be reversed in cases of fraud, abuse, or error.
  • Depending on the value of rewards you redeem in a calendar year, we may need tax information from you, as described in the Terms.

The full details are in the Rules and the Terms and Conditions.
