Bonus+ only works if everyone earns their Coins the same way. This page covers who can join, what counts as fair play, when Coins can be adjusted, and how changes to the membership are handled. If you’re looking for what each action pays, that’s on Earning Coins.
Who Can Join
To take part in Bonus+, you need to be:
- 21 or older
- A US resident living in a state where Bonus+ is available
See section 3 of the Terms and Conditions for full eligibility requirements.
You confirm your age when you create your account. Your date of birth and home state are part of your Profile Survey, so make sure they’re accurate.
One Account Per Person
Each person can have one Bonus+ account. This means:
- No duplicate accounts. Opening a second account to claim signup bonuses again, collect extra daily Coins, or refer yourself isn’t allowed.
- No shared accounts. Your account is personal, so don’t share your login or let anyone else earn on it.
- No transfers. Accounts and Coins can’t be moved, sold, or given to someone else.
If we find duplicate or shared accounts, we may suspend or delete the extra accounts and either combine the Coins into a single account or remove them.
Earning Fairly
Every earning action is designed to reward genuine activity on Lineups, so each one comes with its own expectations:
- Your email must be verified. Accounts with an unverified email address don’t earn Coins.
- Daily visits and streaks count only when you visit yourself. Scripts, bots, and automated logins don’t qualify.
- Ratings and reviews need to be honest and genuine. You don’t need an account with a casino to rate or review it. Copied, spammy, offensive, or promotional reviews will be rejected in moderation and won’t earn Coins.
- Referrals have to bring in real people who open their own accounts. Referral Coins are credited to you and your friend only when your friend signs up through your personal link and completes their Profile Survey. Self-referrals and referrals between duplicate accounts don’t count.
- Earning limits apply to several actions. Trying to get around them, whether through extra accounts, automation, or anything else, counts as abuse.
Coin values and limits for every action are listed on Earning Coins.
Your Ratings and Reviews
By submitting a rating, review, or other content, you allow Lineups to publish and display it on the site along with your username. We may moderate, decline, or remove any content at any time.
When Coins Can Be Adjusted or Removed
We may adjust or remove Coins, reverse redemptions, or suspend an account if we find:
- Abuse. This includes duplicate accounts, automation, self-referrals, fake reviews, or any attempt to game the system.
- Errors. Coins credited by mistake, for example because of a technical issue, may be corrected. This applies whether the error was in your favor or not.
- Ineligible activity. This covers activity from someone who doesn’t meet the eligibility requirements, or actions that didn’t meet the requirements for earning.
Any issue with your Account, Coins or Rewards should be reported to info@lineups.com within 5 days of it first arising (see section 14.2 of the Terms and Conditions).
What Coins Are (and Aren’t)
Coins are promotional points that can only be used in the Bonus+ Shop. They have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred, exchanged, or converted to money. Coins do not currently expire. See section 6 of the Terms and Conditions for more information.
Verification for Rewards
Before fulfilling a reward, we may ask you to verify your identity, age, or residency. Some prizes may also require tax information. If verification fails, or a reward becomes unavailable after you redeem it, we may cancel the redemption and return your Coins or offer an alternative reward. You can’t cancel a redemption yourself once it’s submitted. Full details of how redemption works are on Redeem Rewards.
Membership Changes
Bonus+ will keep evolving. We may add or remove earning actions, change Coin values or limits, update the Bonus+ Shop, or revise these rules. When we make significant changes, we’ll update this page and, where relevant, the Terms and Conditions. If anything on this page conflicts with the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions apply.
