The MLB Playoffs continued Saturday with an all-day slate of Division Series Game 1s, and MLB slows things down a bit Sunday in deference to the NFL with a two-game ledger. The Dodgers and Brewers both recorded Game 1 wins at home Saturday, and the two division winners will look to take commanding 2-0 leads Sunday.

Best MLB Division Series Player Props

  • Logan Henderson Over 5.5 Strikeouts
  • Mookie Betts Over 0.5 Singles
  • Blake Snell Over 6.5 Strikeouts

Logan Henderson (Brewers vs. Padres) Over Strikeouts

Henderson was outstanding during his career-best 2026 regular season, posting an 11-3 record, 2.47 ERA and 0.84 WHIP across 18 starts. The young right-hander gave up only 64 hits across 98.1 innings while also racking up 110 strikeouts in that span, and he didn’t allow more than three earned runs in any of his trips to the mound. What’s more, Henderson’s Statcast metrics corroborate the legitimacy of his surface numbers, as he also pitched to a .201 xBA, .257 xwOBA and 2.74 xERA.

Brightening Henderson’s prospects even further Sunday is his track record at home, which included a 6-0 record, 1.84 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 10.2 K/9 across 44 frames. He was solid in his one start against the Padres as well, allowing three earned runs on five hits and one walk over 6.1 innings while recording 7 Ks.

Henderson went 12-6 to the Over on 5.5 strikeouts during the regular season, and we’ll bank on him getting there again Sunday at a stadium he’s pitched so well in.

Mookie Betts (Dodgers vs. Braves) Over Singles

Betts opened the NLDS by getting on base twice via a single and a walk in Saturday’s 5-3 win over the Braves. The veteran outfielder had another productive regular season, posting a .257 average, .780 OPS, 48 extra-base hits (including 23 homers) and 69 RBI across 123 games. Betts continued his late-career trend of excellent plate discipline as well, as he posted an impressively modest 11.0% strikeout rate. Betts also mustered a solid 21.1% line-drive rate, a metric that typically correlates well to batted balls dropping in.

Betts unsurprisingly did his best work at the plate at home, a split where he boasted a .274 average, .853 OPS and .368 wOBA. Betts had 75 singles (out of 123 total knocks) this season, and irrespective of what pitcher he’s facing, he’s always in play to rap out at least one hit considering his near-elite contact rates.

Additionally, there’s a possibility as of late Saturday that Chris Sale takes the ball for Atlanta in Game 2, and Betts actually has a .389 average and only two career strikeouts in 18 career plate appearances against the legendary left-hander. Additionally, Betts has a collective .383 average and 1.114 OPS over 65 career plate appearances against current Braves pitchers overall, so he has a bright outlook for at least one single irrespective of who’s on the mound.

Blake Snell (Dodgers vs. Braves) Over Strikeouts

Snell endured another injury-shortened season in 2026, but when he was on the mound, he was dominant. The veteran southpaw went 4-1 with a 1.90 ERA and 1.10 WHIP while not allowing a single ball to leave the yard in 42.2 innings. Snell generated an 11.6 K/9 and elite 16.4% swinging strike rate as well, while his fastball encouragingly averaged a career-high 96.1 mph.

Snell did allow five runs (four earned) over three innings to Atlanta in his one regular-season meeting with the Braves on May 9, but that was his first big-league start since Oct. 29, 2025 and Snell subsequently had to go back on the injured list after the outing due to loose bodies in his elbow. However, once he returned Aug. 11, he went on to pitch to a 4-0 record, 1.13 ERA and 11.3 K/9 in his last eight starts of the campaign.

Despite that uneven outing against the Braves, Snell still has held current Atlanta bats to a collective .198 average in 109 career plate appearances, a sample where he’s also recorded 34 strikeouts. Then, the Braves were abysmal against lefties on the road down the stretch, posting a 26.5% strikeout rate alongside a .200 average and .241 wOBA in that split over the last month of the 2026 season.

Given the metrics cited and Snell’s career 11.1 K/9 in 82.2 postseason innings, a seven-strikeout-or-better outing is in play.
