Best MLB Division Series Player Props
- Steven Kwan Over 0.5 Singles
- Tyler Glasnow Over 15.5 Outs Recorded
- Ben Rice Over 1.5. Hits + Runs + RBI
Steven Kwan (Guardians at White Sox) Over Singles
Kwan was once again one of the most reliable contact hitters in all of MLB this past regular season, as the veteran outfielder posted an impressively modest 9.7% strikeout rate. Additionally, Kwan continued his career-long trend of lacing singles for the majority of his knocks, as 125 of his 152 hits went for just one base. Kwan hit a rock-solid .282 overall, and he got there with the help of a career-high 27.1 line-drive rate.
Wednesday, Kwan will face off with left-hander Sean Newcomb to open the game, not necessarily a prohibitive same-handed matchup considering Kwan hit a respectable .246 against southpaws during the regular season and has actually reached safely in three of seven career encounters with the veteran.
However, the more appealing scenario will be when bulk reliever Davis Martin enters the game, as Kwan owns a .500 average in 16 career plate appearances against the right-hander, and all seven of his hits in that sample have been singles. Martin also allowed a .262 average and .323 wOBA to left-handed hitters during the regular season, while Kwan posted a stellar .321 average on the road against righties.

Tyler Glasnow (Dodgers at Braves) Over 15.5 Outs Recorded
Glasnow will get the ball Wednesday with a chance to seal the series for the Dodgers in enemy territory, and the towering right-hander will face a Braves team whose current hitters he’s enjoyed plenty of success against in the past. Glasnow already comes into the start with an abundance of rest, as he last took the mound on Sept. 24.
Glasnow has held current Atlanta bats to a collective .182/.243/.303 slash line across 107 career encounters. He’s limited them to six extra-base hits in that sample as well, while recording 36 strikeouts. Atlanta has scored just seven total runs in the first three games of the series, while Glasnow was at his best on the road during the regular season with a 4-1 record, 2.84 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and 11.1 K/9 across 38.0 innings.
Glasnow recorded at least 16 outs in 10 of 13 starts during the regular season, putting this prop firmly into play.

Ben Rice (Yankees vs. Rays) Over Hits + Runs + RBI
Rice has followed up a breakout regular season where he belted 41 homers with more success in the postseason, as he’s hitting .467 and boasts an 1.889 OPS over 18 plate appearances through four playoff contests. Rice already has a combined 20 hits + runs + RBI in that brief sample, a figure he’s achieved with a big lift from the four homers he’s already launched.
Rice also averaged 2.3 hits + runs + RBI per game during the regular season, including 2.2 per home game. He also hit .356 against the Rays with 10 extra-base hits and 12 RBI across 51 plate appearances during the regular season, and Rice also sports a .444 average with only one strikeout over 11 career plate appearances against Rays starter Nick Martinez.
Finally, it’s worth noting Rice sported a .400 wOBA against right-handed pitching at home during the regular season, brightening his prospects to get to at least two combined hits + runs + RBI even further.
