👑 Jacob Misiorowski – MIL/SP/MVP ($18,600)

The obvious captain-mode anchor. He led all of MLB in ERA (1.80), strikeouts (252) and WHIP (0.80) during the regular season and is 1-0 with a 2.70 ERA across three postseason starts, including a Game 1 World Series win (5 IP, 1 run, 4 hits) where he hit 100+ mph on 40 of his 78 pitches. He’s on four days’ rest tonight, and with Tampa Bay out of fresh starters and forced into a bullpen game, Misiorowski has a massive strikeout-upside edge against a Rays lineup that’s already been shut down 10-1 once this series.

William Contreras – MIL/UTIL ($8,400)

He’s the best hitter on either roster this series: 7-for-13 (.538) with 3 RBIs through three games, and he’s been historic behind the plate too, becoming the first catcher since 1993 to record three caught stealings in a World Series’ first three games. With a shaky Rays bullpen game likely leaning on arms that have already thrown multiple times this series, Contreras’ power (.367/.457/.700 in the full postseason) makes him a strong captain alternate.

Christian Yelich – MIL/UTIL ($7,400)

A steady on-base presence (.292/.370/.333, 3 RBI, 2 SB this postseason) hitting in the heart of a lineup that’s been one of the most opportunistic in October, and against a tired, patched-together Rays pitching staff, his contact skills and speed give him paths to score even on a quiet power night.

Sal Frelick – MIL/UTIL ($5,000)

Already has a signature World Series moment, a game-tying homer in Game 2 that sparked a Brewers comeback win, and at a rock-bottom salary he’s priced like a bottom-of-the-order afterthought despite being a proven source of pop against a gassed bullpen.

Cooper Pratt – MIL/UTIL ($6,000)

The hottest hitter in the series: his go-ahead solo homer in the 12th inning of Game 4 made him the first rookie in World Series history with a 4-hit game in a potential clincher, and he’s hitting .333 with an .829 OPS this postseason. At $6,000 against a Rays pitching staff running on fumes, he’s a clear value play.

Taylor Walls – TB/UTIL ($3,800)

He’s 0-for-9 at the plate so far this World Series, but he’s not an automatic zero in DFS scoring: he’s drawn 4 walks and swiped 3 bases across this postseason, including a stolen base in each of his last two appearances against Milwaukee, and he carried a respectable .309 OBP over 433 plate appearances in the regular season. At this price, even a game where the bat stays cold, a walk-and-steal line is enough to return value and chip in real DraftKings points, making him more of a floor play than a pure salary dump.
