Let’s dive into a trio of player props that catch our eye for Friday’s nine-game ledger. Be sure to check out the NBA betting trends page for odds, data and insights on every game.
Best NBA Friday Props
- Daniel Gafford Over 16.5 Points + Rebounds
- RJ Barrett Over 28.5 Points + Rebounds
- Victor Wembanyama Over 4.5 Steals + Blocks
Daniel Gafford (Mavericks vs. Jazz) Over Points + Rebounds
Gafford is off to a solid start as a key complementary option for the 4-4 Mavericks, averaging 15.7 points + rebounds per contest but going 5-1 to the Over on the 16.5 points + rebounds prop in the last six contests. Two of the big man’s three duds this season came in exponentially tougher matchups than the one he’ll face Friday, as those came against the Rockets and Spurs.
However, Friday’s matchup pits Gafford against a Jazz team that’s allowed 50.8% shooting to centers, along with 36.4 points + rebounds per game to the position. Utah is also conceding the second-most points in the paint per road game (57.3), while Gafford is scoring 79.5% percent of his points in that part of the floor.

RJ Barrett (Raptors vs. Bucks) Over Points + Rebounds
Barrett has just one game of under 20 points this season, and he’s averaging an impressive 26.9 points + rebounds while shooting 48.1% overall. However, the versatile wing has been even more impressive over his last three games, when he’s put up 23.3 points (with 40.9% three-point shooting), 7.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists across 34.0 minutes per contest. Barrett is 2-1 to the Over on the 28.5 in that span and 4-4 overall on the season, and Friday’s matchup is one that could coax one of his higher-percentile performances from him.
The opposing Bucks have essentially struggled defending all positions, and they’ve allowed the ninth-highest offensive efficiency rating to small forwards (23.0). Milwaukee is also yielding a robust 43.8% success rate from long distance to the position, while Barrett is putting up his highest number of three-point attempts per game (5.5) since the 2021-22 season.

Victor Wembanyama (Spurs vs. Kings) Over Steals + Blocks
Wembanyama is coming off a massive 52-point, 24-rebound double-double that also included eight blocks over 34 minutes against the Mavericks on Wednesday, so his combo props are naturally sky high Friday. However, considering the matchup against the Kings is one the Spurs are massive 15.5-point favorites for, we want to tread carefully with numbers that big that may be out of the big man’s reach in a game where his minutes are curtailed.
However, Wemby’s steals + blocks figure is very attainable, especially because of the matchup against Sacramento. The Kings are surrendering the fifth-most steals (1.8) and fifth-most blocks (2.8) per contest to centers, while Wemby comes in averaging 5.9 steals + blocks per contest. He’s 5-1 to the Over on the 4.5 figure over his last six contests, including a 10 steal + blocks figure in the aforementioned unforgettable performance against Dallas.
